The creative staff, feeling under a lot of pressure to put together two strong television shows this week, was changing much of the script for Raw on Monday leading up to the live event. The plan was for Triple H to return to the ring at the Survivor Series, but obviously, an audible was called after it was announced that CM Punk would face Kevin Nash at the Night of Champions PPV. For an unknown reason, Triple H changed the match at the end of Raw to himself vs. Punk. The word backstage last night was that Nash’s removal from the PPV was due to medical reasons, but we should know more on the situation shortly.

OG and KW shelf life is over time to clean house.

Sin Cara turns out to be a bust! WWE sources indicate that Luis Ignascio Urive Alvirde, the original Sin Cara, was sent home from Tuesday’s SmackDown taping in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. He left the Scotiabank Saddledome before the event’s conclusion. Company sources state that developmental talent Jorge Arias (a/k/a Hunico) will exclusively portray the Sin Cara character going forward. WWE wants to maintain the character since its been very popular among kids and in merchandise sales. Many employees expect Alvirde to part ways with the organization, but it is not 100% confirm.

Hope DV plays tonight.

Per Rotoworld Ken Rosenthal of FOXSports.com reports that the White Sox were awarded the claim on Twins' outfielder Jason Kubel. It's unlikely that a deal is actually made. Kubel is on the cusp of being a Type A free agent, so the Twins would likely want a significant return. Besides, the White Sox may have claimed him simply to block him from getting to the Indians.
