QUOTE (bmags @ Nov 23, 2011 -> 04:32 PM) So...YOU weren't surprised. But no, I doubt they were picking Orton's brain on a f***ing option offense. If KC can't figure that s*** out they deserve to be contracted. Every single play he f***ing runs is not 100% the f***ing option offense as u say!

QUOTE (Brian @ Nov 21, 2011 -> 08:28 PM) Seeing the replay, looked like Sin Cara's knee exploded when he tried to jump. Doubt we see him again on WWE. Looked bad he will be back, but will be out 9 to 12 months.

MLB CBA Thread
JR is doing the polka at Bud's house Thanksgiving night! The Sox spent $2.786,300 on draft picks this past summer, according to Baseball America - lowest among the majors' 30 teams. They also spent a major league-low $18,327,450 on amateur bonuses from 2007-11, according to Baseball America. Hard to build a farm system with investment in minor league system that bad, it is like trying to eat corn on the cob with no f'n teeth!

QUOTE (DirtySox @ Nov 22, 2011 -> 01:39 PM) The benefactors are largely the cheap-ass teams unwilling to spend on amateur talent. That would be the White Sox front and center!

2011-2012 OFFICIAL NBA LOCKOUT thread
QUOTE (Balta1701 @ Nov 14, 2011 -> 04:32 PM) The response to this is pretty simple...there is special right given in labor negotiations to the professional sports organizations, where the owners are protected in a unique way from anti-trust lawsuits. Basically, the players have no way of challenging that protection while they are organized as a union. I'd say it actually sounds worse than it is, it's a set of steps taken because of various exemptions in the law given to the professional sports leagues. Be more mad about the players deciding to cut off any hope of negotiation. Thanks Balta just seems messed up to me.

2011-2012 OFFICIAL NBA LOCKOUT thread
Union wants to decertify ............They want to be a Union when they fell like it, work on a deal then they will want to be a Union again afterwords. Be a Union or do not be one. I did not like this in the NFL and now the NBA the Union wants it both ways.
