I hardly ever say "I told you so" on here. But I have to in regards to Danks. I told you guys Danks is NOT trash. I said he's had some stellar outings to go with the pathetic ones. I told you I like the way he battles. Danks is not an excellent pitcher but he's not worthy of the hate spewed on this board. He's just not.
Danks has had some good outings the past 2 seasons. He simply HAS.
Great win again. Well the Sox are trying to play with our emotions and tell us they actually have a decent team. I'm not going to believe yet, just wait and see and enjoy the wins.
Please please please though, give MR DANKS some credit!!!! It is deserved.
Stop the nonsense a blind squirrel finds a acorn sometimes.

In all honesty, it'd be nice to see him just even not be one of the worst qualified starters in all of baseball. He looks good tonight.
He is good for one start like this a month just few and far between to be effective long term.

For what reason have the Sox invoked the wrath of the MLB office that changes calls?
I do not know the reason but, it is not the same for all teams right now.

Hawk is that you?
I watch a lot of Yankee and Boston games that start a hour before Sox. Same calls on very same plays Sox are out, Yankees/Boston are safe.

Yup. For me it wasn't nearly conclusive enough due to the first baseman's foot.
I am just tired of the bias calls depending on what team it is. NY deal has to be fixed or scrap the whole thing.

See, you cannot EVER believe in this team. And I "kind of" blame that on Robin. Because this team is so fricking bizarre you just know it's gonna get owned anytime it plays a Central Division team and it'll just drop 5-6 in a row for the hell of it. I'll never believe in this team till it does it for a long, long period of time sadly. Nice to see 'em win, though.
He's a perfect backup catcher and he might thrive with a better organization/hitting coach, etc. There is ability there. I've seen it.
The guy is gonna hit 15-20 homers for the second straight year. That's good numbers, certainly worthy of being a backup at the worst; maybe a starter with proper development. He's hit some majestic bombs as a member of the Sox. His best drive was that one barely foul that one time on the road, I forget the stadium. My god it was deep.
Big difference between backup catcher and ALL STAR. Flowers is under .100 now with bases loaded career wise. He is a backup catcher at best.

Tyler Flowers!
Guys you can mock me, but Tyler Flowers has talent. He must be a headcase or something because he has a beautiful stroke the rare occasions he gets hold of one. Seven homers now. He's gonna hit 15 to 20 bombs again. How come he can't learn to hit .275? He'd be an all star.
No! I know it is late but come on.
