  1. Sox cannot steal a base to save it's life. 4 for 12 now.
  2. Jeff giving up a run every inning
  3. So White Sox right there that is the Sox season so far ha ha.
  4. QUOTE (Butter Parque @ May 5, 2015 -> 07:33 PM) where is the good defense Hawk. Have I been missing the last 2+ seasons? Team is not good on defense Hawk is blind.
  5. Joke of a offense continue good teams score 2 at least.
  6. Seeing eye single 1-1 tie
  7. Come on JA start the night off.
  8. QUOTE (TitoMB @ May 5, 2015 -> 07:21 PM) do we even have a third base coach? or is he asleep right now? No and yes
  9. Nothing has changed. First inning runs galore. I think this will be Robin's last home stand.
  10. Wow Hahn with a list of excuses. Talk all you want Rick, If this home stand is a disaster it Is not too early anymore.
  11. QUOTE (SoxPride18 @ May 5, 2015 -> 07:41 AM) I honestly think Zayn hurt his shoulder as he was making his entrance into the ring. He was super pumped up obviously and I think he threw out his shoulder getting the crowd going on the steps. Did anybody else see what I'm talking about? Sounds like he hurt it on entrance all reports. Raw last night without the regular authority angle segments 2 times a show for 35 minutes was a nice welcome change. I hope we see less of them on a weekly basis. Best episode Of Raw in 3 years to me.
  12. Sox need to string some wins now.
  13. QUOTE (caulfield12 @ May 5, 2015 -> 04:36 AM) http://chicago.suntimes.com/baseball/7/71/...stand-white-sox On Monday, fans already were calling for a managerial change. The Sox’ front office was not a happy place Monday, but firing Ventura isn’t likely under chairman Jerry Reinsdorf’s watch, the big-league executive said. ‘‘[Adam] LaRoche, [Alexei] Ramirez, Eaton, [Jose] Abreu, [John] Danks, Sale and Samardzija need to pick it up,’’ he said. ‘‘There is no way Jerry Reinsdorf is going to fire Robin Ventura. He’s too loyal.’’ Great, we're probably headed for a "lame duck," lost season. If nothing else, a new manager when the team is psychologically out of the race could at least give the front office a better read on how the team will perform going forward...how much of it is lack of talent/aging veterans and how much of it is attributable to some other variable or "human factor." Loyalty is killing the Sox again and again.
  14. Cubs choking this game away.
  15. Game 2 win would be sweet
  16. QUOTE (Buehrle>Wood @ May 4, 2015 -> 09:12 PM) This feels like the best Raw in years. Did they get new writers? No HHH/Steph makes program 100 times better.
  17. Montreal crowd not Cena fans. Cena vs Zayn nice surprise with Hitman introducing him.
  18. QUOTE (southsider2k5 @ May 4, 2015 -> 03:32 PM) Just like he does with his other team. I disagree looks like neither one of us is going to change our mind.
  19. QUOTE (southsider2k5 @ May 4, 2015 -> 03:22 PM) So the problem isn't with Jerry at all then. Jerry signs off on all decisions what are you even talking about?
  20. QUOTE (caulfield12 @ May 4, 2015 -> 03:03 PM) This whole forum is becoming ridiculous. I was just asked to defend my position, then the response is "it hurts my eyes" because nobody has the patience anymore for anything that isn't a soundbite or "SABRE stats burn" which is just positioning statistics in a way to attempt to make others look dumb/er half the time or exhibit superiority. You can't have it both ways. Either we have intelligent discussions or we just shout at each other...and Dick Allen tries to score points against me or vice-versa. Do moderators get points for how many posters they can upset or provoke arguments with in a single day? Is the main point for everyone just to insult each other out of frustration with how the White Sox are playing and the state of organization in general? It has got really bad the last 2 years.
  21. QUOTE (southsider2k5 @ May 4, 2015 -> 02:24 PM) Yet Jerry owns even more of the Bulls, and they continue to fly high. How does that work, exactly? Getting old only hurts in baseball, but helps in basketball? There is a difference IF Tibs gets fired a Ex Bulls player will not get the job by default, Sox fire Ventura like you said yourself someone in Sox org now will get the job. JR with the Sox is way too loyal in keeping guys around to collect checks for a lifetime.
  22. QUOTE (southsider2k5 @ May 4, 2015 -> 01:34 PM) The idea that the White Sox will hire outside of the organization is 100% laughable to me. Anyone who is counting on Ron Gardenhire to be brought in is fooling themselves. I'd say the odds that the replacement manager is already drawing a White Sox paycheck are somewhere around a 2nd standard deviation level of confidence for me. That is also why the Sox are in shape they are in. JR is becoming a detriment to the team every year that goes by.
  23. Nice win now just split at Minn.
