I think Sloan is one of the most underrated coaches out there. He always has his team play 100%. Experts picked them to be dead last in the league and some didn't even know if they'd win more than 10 games, but they finnished over .500 and were only a game out of the playoffs.

I don't have much respect for Nomar anyways. Just think though, at one time ARod, Jeter, and Nomar were the 3 big shortstops in all the game or at least the American League, and having them all play on 1 team would be rediculous.
