  1. QUOTE (Baron @ Aug 30, 2011 -> 08:50 PM) Was that Adam Dunn or Brent Morel Dunn probably figured, "what the hell, might as well try from the right side, can't get worse."
  2. QUOTE (fathom @ Aug 30, 2011 -> 08:48 PM) FYI, Humber didn't do too well in his rehab start. 5 innings, 4 runs I think Humber for the first half of the season, but don't think we'll be seeing that this year, if ever again.
  3. It would've been hard to turn a double play against De Aza anyway. The Twins announcers were talking about how great Cuddyer has done all year only having 1 error at first base. Make that 2 now.
  4. Dang, didn't want that hit by pitch. No double play please Alejandro!
  5. QUOTE (soxsider11 @ Aug 30, 2011 -> 08:38 PM) I'm suprised they didn't walk him with first base open. HA yea right he is so bad. Even that hit was bad I love your avatar. I'm so proud to have that car as well!
  6. That was such an ugly swing, but whatever works. Rios is getting lucky tonight.
  7. QUOTE (caulfield12 @ Aug 30, 2011 -> 08:36 PM) Guess Cooper hasn't fixed Stewart yet. Oh, well. Just not meant to be this season. On the bright side, we've improved to something like 11-30 against the Twins since May, 2009, with our four consecutive victories mixed in there. That's a huge increase in the winning percantage.
  8. Good job Ramirez, it'd be awesome if Konerko can do something.
  9. QUOTE (MurcieOne @ Aug 30, 2011 -> 08:26 PM) Love the hustle by Rios to get to that ball in short center, really chugging out there. Exactly, Mauer had no business scoring on that play. He had such a delayed break on the ball. I was shocked to see Alexei that far away from 2nd base too.
  10. This is terrible. Hopefully there's enough fire power to get back in the game.
  11. lol noooooooo, base hit away from being down by 2.
  12. We gonna get the typical Twins tonight? The one's that like to toy with us.
  13. Gordon clearly needs a new intro song, that's what's hurting him at the plate, haha.
  14. QUOTE (MurcieOne @ Aug 30, 2011 -> 08:11 PM) De Aza > You. PK says don't include him in that, haha.
  15. Dang. Hopefully KC get string in a run in the 9th.
  16. whatever works, let's get a run in here.
  17. Looked like a great pitch that Rios just barely fouled off. He is not seeing the ball well.
  18. QUOTE (fathom @ Aug 30, 2011 -> 08:03 PM) You know what's comical? Kenny traded Hudson last year cause he didn't want to have to count on a young pitcher during a playoff run. So then, he turns around and trades Jackson for a very unknown commodity in Stewart who ends up pitching in some important games down the stretch of this year. I know we're all hypocrites at one point or another, but that's plain brutal.
