2000 offense in the playoffs. One million pop ups and our 3-4-5 hitters did nothing. The birth of the catch phrase Corpseball. That offense was so much more dangerous than this one. YUCK

Lazy Pop ups. I have seen this before. 2000 Offense in the playoffs. We need a freakin bat, and Timo is not the answer.

But as a 1st baseman at one point, then as a DH this is beyond the call of reasonability. Lets put some runs on the board. You cant win if you dont score more than at least 2. LETS GO WHITESOX!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is what to worry about in the playoffs. El Duque holds the yanks to 3 runs and still loses because we cant hit their pitching. Our margin for error is nill. I would rather have Joe Borchard up instead of Timo in the 5th spot. And that is saying something.

Having Timo DH is the same as having Borchard in RF last year. Their stats are very similiar. Except LTP could hit the long ball.
