Save situation.

Just missed about as high on that yellow line as can be without going out.

So even harder then when not a natural OF or experienced one. Line drive over you head , going back , head bouncing, turning head , it gets on you quick. Sure I thought the play should be made but I'm a fan. I see OFs miss that kind of play all the time.

Robert had trouble at the wall too early in his career.

Guess I'll have to check my posts in whatever gamethread you started that I put that in .

I'm glad you're taking the 10+ wins I put on you for May seriously. Or did I say 14 ? 😀

Leasure blew Hinds away.

Taylor HR haha !!

78 pitches .Might come back out.Spotting his FB real well tonight.

Davis Martin .Great game .

I like Sosa's oppo taco !

Martin and Cannon going with the mustache luck ! Is it a thing ? Does Burke have one ? Shane Smith does , doesn't he ? Meidroth playing in pain. Shoulder .

Vargas keeps testing Benson and losing. Robert very nice Smooth swing RBI single. 2-0.

After Elko's single. They were showing the replay and Barry Larkin said " I like this kid. I like his swing ."

Need road emoticons !!

4 is actually not a bad starters ERA. Not great like you're looking for .How's 2 runs in 6 innings today sound to you ?

CHSN White Sox Post Game Live. Recap, highlights and post game interviews with Cannon and Vargas with Chuck and Ozzie.

They actually had an 11-8 run right about this same time last year . Started in April ended in May .

The pressure's on to make it 4 !

Great pitching and defense by Cannon and the Sox won in the 10th inning that brought their May record to 6-6 which is 1 more than they won in all of April . Cannon went 6 scoreless after Brandon Eisert started the game and pitched 1 scoreless inning. It's the 3rd start in a row that Cannon has not issued a walk . He lowered his ERA to a very respectable 3.60. With the score tied 1-1 courtesy of a bomb from Elly De la Cruz off Steven Wilson in the bottom of the 9th, the Sox started the 10th inning with Baldwin as the Ghost runner on 2nd base. Elko grounded out to 3rd and Rojas struck out . Matt Thaiss PH for Taylor and worked a walk. Meidroth slapped a 1-2 pitch into RF to score Baldwin with the go ahead run. Up came Miguel Vargas who promptly deposited one into the left field seats for a 3 run HR to give the Sox the final margin of victory, 5-1. Booser came in to mow down the Reds in their half of the 10th with no hits, no walks and 2 K. Quero went 3 for 4 with a walk and drove in the Sox 1st run with a single. Steven Wilson picked up the win along with the blown save.

Ok just making sure since you kept asking about a 3 run lead 😋

The Sox were up by 4.

Not so fast 😋

A road win in extras is huge for them. But the talent level still isn't great . But it is fun when the youngin's come through.

6 and 6 in May so probably.
