  1. That is possible. From now I am in BEGOODSonsandCo posting mode. So I will post on every topic even if I have nothing to add to the conversation
  2. I was watching that...my buddy and I were glued to the TV at our slumber party last night... Hahah, I was thinking the same thing. We better keep quiet.
  3. I don't know about you guys but, I am happy the World Series is over. Now I can hear news about a team I actually care about. I didn't really care who won the WS. I wasn't someone who was real excited for Florida and I hate the Yanks so it was a lose-lose situation for me. But, now that it is over we get FA announcements, managerial announcements, trades and winter meetings as well as the draft. That to me, is more exciting that cheernig for teams I don't care about. Thoughts?
  4. Sad thing is that ours is in 90+ years. Theris is in like what? 10 years of existence?
  5. Welcome back CW. Glad everything was cleared up
  6. I am personally a bit interested in Kerry Ligtenberg. I would like to see the Sox grab him if it doesn't cost too much.
  7. I personally don't see Cammy or Tejada coming here. Cameron will probably want a lot of money as well as Tejada. As for Frank taking less money, I wouldn't count on it.
  8. I agree with Rex. Beckett has been highly touted for a long while. He was a big gamer since high school.
  9. I wouldn't be personally sad if Frank was gone. I think its time for him and the team to move on personally. He has been great while he is here but he isn't a team player. At a certain point it is time to move on.
  10. Is your grandma any good at managing a pitching staff?
  11. Yeah, but we know Jerry and long term deals with pitchers. I would like to keep Buehrle around though. The guy is a stud. Would be sad if the Sox shun another of their great players in a few years.
  12. Graf won't be an every day player. I can almost guarantee it. They will get a cheap SS more than likely. We know how this team operates. I just Jose isn't back here next year. I don't care if he is the greatest clubhouse guy in the world. A guy who can't hit .240 doesn't belong on our team as an every day player.
  13. Lol, why does everyone list Foulke. He wouldn't come back here in a million years. Not after the s*** they put him through.
  14. He managed the Jays until 1997. That is a little less than 10 years. He hasn't been gone as long as you think.
  15. Chicks dig a Huffy with a Banana seat and sissy bars...maybe a few streamers on there too?
  16. Hahahaha. I was thinking the same thing. If he talks to her like he types she should be afraid.. "HI, how are you sons?"
  17. The more I think about it the more I can only think of about 2 guys I would want from the Yanks. Soriano and Jeter. Soriano is one of their few cheap players and I doubt they would trade him. Jeter on the other hand is getting grossly overpayed. 10 years at $189 million makes me want to throw up. Oh, and Mussina is good but there is about no chance they would trade him I would guess.
  18. I am holding nothing against Cito and would very much like to have him as a manager. But, remember he had a few good players on his team too. Paul Molitor, John Olerud, Robby Alomar(the young version), David Cone in his prime, Dave Winfield, Joe Carter, Dave Stewart and had Rickey Henderson for a while too. I am not saying he can't get it done but he did have a little talent on his teams in Toronto. It also makes me sad to remember who they beat to get the A.L. title....us
  19. They had been divorced or separated for a long while when this happened. She died a few months ago, can't remember exact date. Kinda sad too. She always seemed nice. Sad that all these people are dropping like flys.
  20. http://babelfish.altavista.com/ Use that Aboz, saved my ass in High School spanish. Hope it helps, otherwise ask these guys. They know a lot.
