  1. We played the Astros tough for 3 out of 4 games. I don’t think you can expect to keep them down forever. Today is just one game and don’t mean nothing at first pitch tomorrow
  2. I just want the offense to start hitting homers instead of GIDP,s and striking out
  3. I don’t think a trade, or even a free agent move is appropriate for one month. Sosa is an upcoming talent for sure. But overmatched by MLB pitching. He needs more development time. There are other infielders at our MILB level who might be worth a look
  4. According to the Chicago Tribune headline the game is between the Sox and the TIGERS with Cease and Verlander pitching
  5. Keep the winning streak going. Great pitching match up Verlander and Cease
  6. If winning is still on the table we must strive mightily to win
  7. When you try and prove a point with broad descriptive words it begs the need to be specific with your answer. If you know something tell us what it is
  8. Kind of ridiculous to suggest or consider this option. I really don’t think this a GM or ownership problem. Injuries to key players and others not performing to expectations are the main concern
  9. Our offense outhits the Royals 14 to 8 and lose 5-3. Relief pitchers can’t do the job as Steve Stone said at the end of the game when hustling is optional you lose
  10. I would have to believe it’s game ovah at 3-0 but we still have two innings left
  11. This offense and clutch hitting just doesn’t match up
