  1. I'm not worried about Danks, honestly. When Gavin gets beaten up by a RH lineup I'll start getting nervous.
  2. I think....the ballpark is lively
  3. The funny thing is that in San Diego at least 2 of these HR's don't go out. He'd love pitching in a pitcher's park
  4. QUOTE (Heads22 @ Jun 2, 2012 -> 04:10 PM) I can't complain about a ton of things with the Sox this year, but for the life of me, I do not understand Robin's fascination with Will Ohman. He gets lefties out. Everyone on Seattle is left handed. Our other LHP are not that good against lefties
  5. Gavin gets curveballs over early in the AB to lefites = good Misses early with fastballs = bad
  6. Never understood how giving up a home run makes you a p****
  7. It isn't rocket science that Gavin will not do as well against LH lineups like this.
  8. QUOTE (caulfield12 @ Jun 2, 2012 -> 04:04 PM) Go halfway between 2nd and 3rd and then have to turn around and bust his butt to get back to 2B? Hmmm.... The ball drops, he still doesn't score. If he does the right thing fundamentally, he at least has a 50/50 shot to get to 3rd on Ichiro. As it turned out, we scored the run anyway, but he didn't do what he was taught to do in the minors. If Ichiro catches it, O-Dog is out at 3rd because Ichiro will throw him out. If it drops right in front and O-Dog is standing on second, he's still out at third because of Ichiro.
  9. Don't f*** with us.
  10. Let the nosedive begin, 14
  11. With Rios behind PK, I don't know how much you really want to pitch around PK Made a nice pitch there 1-0, maybe that will embolden him
  12. Great play Gordon!
  13. QUOTE (caulfield12 @ Jun 2, 2012 -> 03:58 PM) More bad baserunning by Hudson there. Should have been tagging up...he wasn't going to score from 2nd even if that ball had dropped anyway. No. He did what he was supposed to.
  14. Two hard hit balls at the OF'ers, only lucked out on one
  15. Nice piece of woodwork by O-Dog, notwithstanding the LF'er
  16. Hope for a quality start still lives.
  17. And that, Gavin, is how you do it.
  18. Dear Gavin, You can't pitch from behind in the count to lefties
  19. Dayan has to quit swinging at that s***. It'll make or break his career, whether he can lay off the high fastball
  20. I hope Tank tries to work that RF jetstream here.
  21. This team is fun.
  22. Nice baserunning Alex
  23. AJ usually leads catchers in innings, games. He claims to be in the best shape of his life right now due to actually working on an S&C program. He'll be okay.
  24. Gavin has this old problem of not being able to pitch with a quick move to home, but being way too slow with a workable stretch motion.
  25. Both home runs have been followed by good pitching. Hmm
