It's been said that Sinclair has had similar disputes with other major cable companies before, and that they are asking for a good deal more than market value. Mediacom claims they have offered the same deal to Sinclair as Sinclair has signed with another cable provider, consequently making Sinclair their highest paid channels. Mediacom has said that the FOX stations have done nothing to warrant such a ludicrous deal, such as popular local programming. It will likely be resolved eventually, but Sinclair Broadcasting is trying to bully Mediacom as it has tried others.

I think we are in general more negative than we should be. We let losses linger and often tend to overlook our strengths and wins. Of course I don't usually feel this way, but in general we as Sox fans have a negative mentality.
