I have started workin out regularly (weights and running) and my goal is to simply build muscle mass for appearance. I just want to look buff and have defined and visible muscles. I dont necessarily want to be able to bench 400 pounds or anything like that, just want to have lean, well defined, muscles, simply for appearance. What would you guys who workout recommend i do with my workout regiment, and what supplements i.e. creatine, whey protein if any would help me acheive this goal?

i just have a question in general. Ive been wonderin about this for some time now. Why are we not a top program in the country recruiting wise? I mean, is there a reason why we cannot be like KU, UK, Duke, UNC, UConn? What does our school not have? Great academically, great facilities, very supportive fans, 2, maybe even 3 amazing recruiting bases in chi, stl, and peoria. Is it simply cuz we havent won the big one, or what? what r your guys thoughts?

Great start for us. Nice job by Buehrle just what i expected. I wanted to see more from the offense but we got the win and thats all that matters. Now an ILLINI win would make it a perfect day.

Since i came to college this year, i have been working out a lot, almost everyday. and recently i began thinking about using creatine to supplement my workouts. I have read that it is safe and widely used. Do any of you guys use creatine and if so what is the best brand and is it safe?

I have to write a paper about allegory in Franz Kafka's "In the Penal Colony". Can anybody help with what the allegory in this story is? i just cant figure it out. I know that its kinda about justice/morals/law but is there a deeper meaning to the story? thanks for your help.
