  1. Pauly went to RF!!! 2-0 Sox!
  2. Yep... http://sportsillustrated.cnn.com/baseball/...clayton_sox_ap/
  3. It makes more sense that he is talking about Maddux, considering he just faced us in the first game of the series at Wrigley. Buehrle must have saw Maddux licking his fingers and not wiping them off from the dugout since Freddy started that game. I guess it could also be Zambrano but he already has the natural stuff to blow batters away. I doubt it is Prior.
  4. No, the other boner in the inning was when Royce threw the ball away when he was trying to throw to 2nd base.
  5. Indeed. It makes sense too. He is always licking his fingers and he is getting old now. He needs a little advantage at this point in his career.
  6. I hope you mean against the Red Sox. Rusch never pitched against us in the series at Wrigley.
  7. Correction: 2 boners.
  8. http://www.suntimes.com/output/sox/cst-spt-ssep17.html It's got to be Maddux. That guy is licking his hands CONSTANTLY when he pitches.

  10. Fine, they can have prospects then.
  11. Awww, come on. Royce was a stud both offensively and defensively.
  12. First, Konerko calls out Uribe for tricking Derek Lee on that foul ball in the Cubs series and now he says this... http://chicagosports.chicagotribune.com/sp...tesox-headlines

I wouldn't get my hopes up. He killed the ball in Single A for the Tigers as well. Then they moved him up to AA and he sucked... http://www.thebaseballcube.com/players/leo_daigle.shtml But the Tribune had a blurb earlier in the week about Daigle... http://chicagosports.chicagotribune.com/sp...tesox-headlines
  14. Mackowiak can play 2nd base. He has started 15 games there so far this season. If you don't think he's good enough defensively there, we would also have Ozuna to backup 2nd base. And the Pirates would trade Mackowiak anyways, in my opinion. He is only under a 1-year deal right now and they will just owe him more money for next season. Dumping salary for cheap talent is the Pirates' way.

    SECKSIE!!!
  16. I wouldn't mind going after Rob Mackowiak and their lefty reliever John Grabow. Send them Willie, Borchard, and a pitching prospect like Sean Tracey. Mackowiak is a lefty stick that can play every outfield position. Maybe if we had him we would never have to see OMIT again.
  17. El Duque's WHIP has been s***ty all season. You can't have a 1.63 WHIP and maintain a 2.91 ERA. Sooner or later it was going to come back and bite him in the ass. He was luckily getting out of almost every jam unscathed through those first 7 starts. Not anymore.
  18. And Jizzcan is the bullpen version of El Dookie. :puke

It's too bad Daigle is nearing 26 and playing in Single A.

She doesn't do anything for me. On the other hand...

Agreed. She's a dog with fugly teeth.
  24. Castro was hitting .234. I guess you guys will miss his defense but his bat has always sucked. Luis Rodriguez is probably an upgrade there. Abernathy was brought up to replace Rivas, right? So now you get Rivas back although he was stuggling horribly when he was healthy.
