The problem today wasn't hitting so much as it was SITUATIONAL hitting. They had 10 hits on the game but couldn't get it done with RISP. That's what was so awful to watch.
I can root for the Sox but I can't root for that display of s***ball. And I definately didn't want that s*** to happen. s*** like that happens when you don't score runs when you should.
Where did that AirScott guy go? Remember, he was saying it was alright that we squandered all of those run-scoring opportunities. He was ripping on us for being pessimistic. I guess he disappeared.
I think it's funny when a few of us thought we would lose this game because of all the wasted runn-scoring opportunities and we were laughed at by all the optimists.
