  1. QUOTE(Jimbo's Drinker @ Mar 9, 2006 -> 03:17 PM) If michigan loses, are they still in the tourney?? That is like 8/11 losses, that is horrid. Bubblicious. It'll be close, I'd bet on them still making it though unfortunately.
  2. QUOTE(MarlinFan84 @ Mar 9, 2006 -> 02:40 PM) But, if a team wins the tourney and conference outright in the best conference, a #1 seed should be given. I know the brackets are mostly done, but last minute changes have to be made. I dont see how Memphis is a #1 over tOSU as it is. It's extremely close, Memphis is one better in the rpi, osu's sos is a little stronger, memphis is 6 and 3 vs the top 50 while osu is 7 and 4 against the top 50. It's really a coin toss.
  3. Gophers up 7 with 9 to go. Michigan might want to wake up or they're going to find themselves squarely on the bubble.
  4. QUOTE(MarlinFan84 @ Mar 9, 2006 -> 02:35 PM) I agree, but I still think 5 is likely. With all the upsets lately, like I said they have mostly been offset because the upset was a team that would likely make the tourney anyway(except Temple). So I ask this question: Which bubble team gets taken off first: mid major who truly deserves it, played hard all year, won some big games BCS school that has played average/bad all year, accomplishing nothing but having name value(Kentucky, Arizona, Alabama, and Stanford come to mind). The first 3 you mentioned are all in and Stanford is out, that easy when it comes to those teams.
  5. James is a fantastic player but he just got his ass owned.
  6. As far as the bubble teams go, it's completely possible that Missouri State got knocked out today but we'll see. Bradley should still be fine, UNI and the Shockers are in, and obviously SIU is good. I still think at worst the mvc gets 4, I could be wrong though.
  7. GW loses, 'Cuse is now in, I'm very happy SIU is no longer on the bubble.
  8. Is it me or does it always look like Mcnamara is crying?
  9. Gotta love walking right in from class to see that gmac shot.
  10. Monmouth punches a ticket to the dance with an exciting victory against Farlaigh Dickinson.
  11. Definitely cheering for NIU, I got a feeling though that Ohio is finally going to wake up and make some noise in this tourny.
  12. QUOTE(SSH2005 @ Mar 8, 2006 -> 01:07 PM) By the way, I think Gload just lost his job. KW must not like what he sees from Ozuna at SS. Or mack is going to mostly play in the outfield this year and he wanted another utility infielder.
  13. I'm hoping gtown beats the s*** out of ND here just cause I hate Digger.
  14. QUOTE(IlliniKrush @ Mar 8, 2006 -> 11:28 AM) from Doyles Dribbles on cbs.sportsline: Yup, supposedly every valley coach has given Williams a call and no one has recieved a return call. Williams opened his big mouth and now won't back it up.
  15. QUOTE(IlliniKrush @ Mar 8, 2006 -> 11:26 AM) Thanks for Bruce. Spit on that... Go away Krush, you're not wanted here.
  16. QUOTE(Brian @ Mar 8, 2006 -> 08:20 AM) So does Rowand44. ^^^ Nice to see another Saluki fan around.
  17. Good trade, sad to see Baj go but there's just no room for him and I hope he prospers in Arizona. The first thing I thought of when this trade happened is that Mack is going to get a lot of playing time in center.
  18. QUOTE(SSH2005 @ Mar 7, 2006 -> 09:54 PM) Greg Walker needs to give a lesson on laying off the low and away slider. That was our major weakness last season. That simple.
  19. QUOTE(Brian @ Mar 7, 2006 -> 10:11 PM) Morrison for Stevenson only had 2. May have been the difference. That kid is such a douche. Just thought I'd throw that out there.
  20. QUOTE(Jordan4life_2006 @ Mar 7, 2006 -> 08:16 PM) That's a huge blow. What's wrong with him? Sprained ankle.
