I've never been one to underestimate the twins and I never will be. They could probably stick me or you in there to play ss next year and we'd produce.

They had no true catcher for the majority of the season, their ss is a great defender but can't hit, they have no dh of course they're not going to score a ton of runs. I think people mean we need to get the two guys at the top of the order that can get on base and run, not imitate their whole lineup.

A dh, a lf, a cf and either a 2b or ss with Juan.

There are definitely going to be some huge changes coming, imo. There are only a couple guys on offense who are for sure going to be around next year. As far as the pitching staff, Buehrle, Freddy and Jose are definitely going to be here, Garland I think will still be pitching here as well although I'm not positive about that. In the bullpen I'm sure Damaso, Shingo, Cotts, and Adkins will be around but from there who knows. So overall there aren't a ton of guys that are safe so to speak on the roster, jmo.

Definitely. Both teams always have high expectations but f*** up down the stretch. Granted, this year Miami doesn't have high expectations but this s*** gets old after a while. It's hard year in and year out watching my favorite teams just go down the crapper, especially the sox. Then comes football season I always get excited but Miami usually chokes when it gets cold outside. Well, there's my rant for the day.

The game was pitiful. Offensively they are absolutely brutal but defensively they're outstanding. Unfortunately because of how disgusting the offensive line is they don't have a chance of doing anything this year.
