Darren McFadden, if he was more well known coming into the season and if he was healthy for the USC game, would be a top 3 Heisman candidate right now without a doubt. The guy is as good as any RB in college football.

But there is no reason IU would still be on his list if your original premise were right.

I'm betting on Manningham being back by the Indiana game on a limited basis, enough to get him ready for Ohio Sate.
