I am going to renew my partial plan. The only thing holding me back is how s***ty my postseason tickets are. In '05, not being a season ticket holder, I got every game, third base side, for face value. Now, as a season ticket holder, I can't pull seats that good. So why not just by single game tickets like I did before '06? But, I think I will. Love the Sox and love the Cell. See you f***ers in '08.

Very entertaining. I love these train wrecks of human beings. But I'd still love to do coke off these suckers. Hi OH!

I'm not watching...and I have sold all my tickets for the rest of the year. I have other things I can do with my time. I'll be back next year, bright eyed and bushy tailed, on opening day. And I read about them everyday in the paper. That is painful enough. If this was a young team struggling, I would still watch.

QUOTE(CubKilla @ Jun 20, 2007 -> 05:15 PM) Will Darth Nihilus be making an appearance w/Beetlejuice? Yes, I hear he was recently added to the lineup.

QUOTE(Steff @ Jun 20, 2007 -> 12:05 PM) The Cubby Bear is all GA for shows like that so I don't understand why they have 2 ticket tiers. Yeah, I thought it was weird. Whatever, I just want to get my tickets ahead of time and make sure I go. Can't wait to smell Beetlejuice's breath!

Article on CNN today...'Think Tony Soprano's Dead? You may be right' LOS ANGELES, California (Reuters) -- Fans of "The Sopranos" are seizing on clues suggesting the controversial blackout which abruptly ended the TV mob drama meant that Tony Soprano was rubbed out, and HBO said Thursday they may be on to something. One clue in particular, a flashback in the penultimate episode to a conversation between Tony and his brother-in-law about death, gained credence as an HBO spokesman called it a "legitimate" hint and confirmed that series creator David Chase had a definite ending in mind. "While he won't say to me 100 percent what it all means, he says some people who've guessed have come closer than others," HBO spokesman Quentin Schaffer told Reuters after speaking to Chase. "There are definitely things there that he intended for people to pick up on," Schaffer said. (Watch viewers try to make sense of the end ) Chase himself suggested as much in an interview Tuesday with The Star-Ledger newspaper of New Jersey when he said of his end to the HBO series, "Anyone who wants to watch it, it's all there." In the final moments of Sunday's concluding episode, Tony, the conflicted mob boss who has just survived a round of gangland warfare, sits in a diner with his family munching on onion rings as the 1980s song by rock band Journey, "Don't Stop Believin'," blares from a juke box. Tension builds as a suspicious man wearing a "Members Only" jacket eyes Tony from a nearby counter before slipping into a restroom. Then, as Tony looks toward the restaurant's entrance, the screen abruptly goes blank in mid-scene -- with no picture or sound for 10 seconds -- until the credits roll silently. Stunned viewers, many initially believing something had gone wrong with their cable TV reception, were left wondering whether Tony ended up "whacked" or whether his sordid life went on as usual. Even star James Gandolfini wasn't sure. "You have to ask ('The Sopranos' creator) David Chase that. Smarter minds than mine know the answer to that," Gandolfini told the New York Daily News. "I thought it was a great ending. You decide." The jarring, fill-in-the-blank finale, concluding a show widely hailed as America's greatest television drama, sparked a furious debate about whether Chase had conceived of an actual ending and whether he left the audience any clues. The biggest hint, according to a consensus taking shape on the Web, is a scene from an earlier episode in which Tony and his brother-in-law, Bobby "Bacala" Baccalieri, muse about what it feels like to die. "At the end, you probably don't hear anything, everything just goes black," Bobby says while they sit fishing in a small boat on a lake. That scene is recalled briefly in a flashback played at the end of the penultimate "Sopranos" episode, as Tony is lying in the darkened room of a safehouse clutching a machine gun to his chest in the midst of a mob war. "I think that is one of the most legitimate things to look at," Schaffer said when asked about theories that the Bobby Bacala flashback was meant to foreshadow Tony's death. Moreover, he said the man in the "Members Only" jacket could be interpreted as a symbolic reference to membership in the mob. "Members Only" also was the title of the episode in which Tony's demented Uncle Junior shoots him in the gut. The "Members Only" guy was played by the owner of a real-life pizza parlor, Paolo Colandrea. Schaffer denied reports that Colandrea had appeared earlier in the series as the nephew of Tony's New York gang rival, or that there ever was such a character. He also dismissed reports that Chase had filmed more than one ending to the finale.

Thanks Rock. It was good to see. It hasn't changed the fact that I have been selling off my tickets.

QUOTE(Steff @ Jun 12, 2007 -> 01:31 PM) As Tony said the show is awesome. Levy is a sweetheart and Richard and Sal are hysterical. I saw Beet years ago in NYC (just after Hank died and he did his first appearance at the AVM show) and he was a riot then so I can only imagine how much crazier he will be now. Though Bob is getting sick of babysitting him, hopefully he hags in there till this show. Tony, King Norris was at the CB a few months ago and our neighbors said it was fine (We didn't go cause I was recovering from surgery) so I'm sure this will be a good time also. Oh heaven's no. Gosh.. I've known Bob since back when John was on the show and he traveled with them so they had someone to piss on. Good times at Zanies in Vernon Hills.. I wonder if this will be multiple shows or one. Should be a good time. This time, Bob is eating blue cheese out of my ass.

QUOTE(SoxFan562004 @ Jun 12, 2007 -> 12:53 PM) what are these like? Are the fans good, or do they ruin in with yelling show stuff? I like Richard a lot, probably would go if he was there. Although a pic of me and Beet for my office wall is tempting Steff and I saw them last year (don't tell Jim) and overall they were good. Bob Levy is good and is better depending on crowd interaction. Yucko should be funny and the Beet just rocks. Plus, they interact with the crowd, so you should be able to get that picture for your office wall.

QUOTE(Heads22 @ Jun 9, 2007 -> 09:54 PM) Wow, I have wasted a LOT of time here. I blame Gage. He IM'ed me one night, and I've been here ever since kissing his ass every chance I get. And on a particularly slow night, we might as well have a thread glorifying me without Murcie or Spiff around. Get a job Loser!

QUOTE(Steff @ Jun 11, 2007 -> 11:21 AM) I don't see how. They have regurgitated actors in the past. In last night's credits he was not credited as "Nicky Leotardo" he was credited as "guy at the bar" (sic). If he was credited as NL, then this theory holds water. He was not. Oh, ok...I was going to rewatch the credits tonight. I did not pay attention last night. I've been duped again!

QUOTE(Kalapse @ Jun 11, 2007 -> 10:50 AM) So one of them is a zombie? Yeah, the important thing in that was the Nicky Leotardo stuff.

QUOTE(RockRaines @ Jun 11, 2007 -> 10:32 AM) Brilliant Tony thanks I want to find out about this Nicky Leotardo thing...I'm going to watch the episode from last year, and last night's again. If its true, my ending with be that Tony gets whacked by Phil's nephew.

Just read this somewhere.... Remember when he was speaking with Bobby...basically > saying that you don't see it coming? > > So here is what I found out. The guy at the bar is > also credited as Nikki Leotardo. The same actor > played him in the first part of season 6 during a > brief sit down concerning the future of Vito. That > wasn't that long ago. Apparently, he is the nephew of > Phil. Phil's brother Nikki Senior was killed in 1976 > in a car accident. Absolutely Genius!!!! David Chase > is truly rewarding the true fans who pay attention to > detail. > > If you pay attention to the history, you will find that all > the answers lie in the characters in the restaurant. > The trucker was the brother of the guy who was robbed > by Christopher in Season 2. Remember the DVD players? > The trucker had to identify the body. The boy scouts > were in the train store and the brothas at the end > were the ones who tried to kill Tony and only clipped > him in the ear (was that season 2 or 3?). > > Absolutely incredible!!!! There were three people in > the restaurant who had reason to kill Tony and then > it just ends. This was Chase's way of proving that he > will not escape his past. It will not go on forever > despite that he would like it to "don't stop". Not > the fans!!! Tony would like it to keep going but just > as we have to say goodbye, so does he.

The more I think about it the more I liked this ending and final episode. The cat and Paulie was great, Phil's death was great, and the tension at the end was great. Life will go on for Tony with his family or the screen going black was a shot in the back of Tony's head. Whatever. I prefer to think Tony pulled a Tony Accardo and never gets killed or spends a stretch in jail...just dies of old age. That's my ending.

QUOTE(KipWellsFan @ Jun 7, 2007 -> 04:23 PM) Here's some promo photos from the season finale. Not really spoilers but sort of gives some clues. Looks like Uncle Junior's going to be in the last episode. And I'm wondering why AJ is all dirty. Also a little weird how Paulie and Tony could be relaxing outside of Satriale's. http://www.lbracco.com/sopranos6bepisodes.htm#09 Yeah, and Tony and Carmela hanging out at the house.

And I see Tony living...Phil dead.

QUOTE(Steff @ Jun 4, 2007 -> 02:48 PM) I don't think Patsi's son gives Patsi the time of day. Where was he... the chicken s*** was likely still running. I still love the moment when he put the gun to Gloria and told her it was time to leave Tony alone. Good stuff.

QUOTE(Tony82087 @ Jun 3, 2007 -> 09:24 PM) I was actually very surprised by my reaction while watching the episode. I was visibly shaken as Sil was getting shot. Maybe it was just because how committed you have gotten to the characters over the last 7, 8 years, but it was sort of hard to watch it all come crashing down. I really have never been this way with any sort of show, and love it. What a fantastic episode tonight. It is crazy. My blood-pressure was up and I was freaking out. Amazing how wrapped up you can get in a good show like this. And it seems pretty obvious to me that Paulie is working with the NY family. I say Tony kills Paulie next week. f***in Foughettabboutit
