QUOTE (The Gooch @ Mar 5, 2010 -> 02:59 PM) Did Legs and back today. Tough work out, but felt good. Quick question for the P90X vets. I have been doing the first 2-4 sets of pullups without the chair (I have been doing from 3-6 pullups). Then I do the 2nd round (and part of the first round in the case for legs and back today) with the chair. How many pullups do you guys do where your at now, and when did you stop using the chair all together? 8-10 pullups a set, use the chair to get there if I cant make it. Max reps when he tells me, aka, as many until I have to stand on the chair. I still use the chair quite a bit because i bang out sets of 10 the first few exercises and quickly get tired. I would say I do anywhere from 3-5 sets without the chair at any time.

QUOTE (southsideirish71 @ Mar 5, 2010 -> 03:13 PM) Wasn't he the guy that Walk saw 5 swings and declared that he was fixed. His set up and swing looks exactly the same. Same trembling front leg, same swing and a miss. -

QUOTE (flavum @ Mar 5, 2010 -> 02:52 PM) Mitchell K's. I'm surprised they're supposedly starting him in Birmingham this year. His swing looks a little long. he looks really late to me, like he waits too long before pulling the trigger. -
QUOTE (ChWRoCk2 @ Mar 5, 2010 -> 02:32 PM) Wtf are you talking about sour grapes? I don't give a f*** that the Bears got Peppers and the Packers are losing Kampman. Could care less, neither player fits in our system and are not worth the money imo. Packers never make noteworthy free agent signings anyways so I'm not expecting anything. I'm just relaying information from what I see on other sites, I don't have the time nor care to look up ages and stats, didn't know I needed to be specifically accurate, one wrong little sentence and everyone jumps on you all at once, ridiculous. No f***ing kidding Peppers is better, just saying I would rather have Kampman for less because he will probably give you just as good production this coming year. Blah blah. You said he was better, cheaper and younger. So far 2 out of 3 of those are incorrect. What do you expect on a Bears-heavy site, especially when you are trying to make it look like the signing of the top FA on the market is a terrible move. Maybe next time post your own thoughts instead of re-purposing the garbage from that "other site"

QUOTE (ChWRoCk2 @ Mar 5, 2010 -> 11:52 AM) Swore I read he was younger but guess not, who cares, still over 30 and Kampman is just as good for less. Enjoy the price you overpay to get Peppers. LOL, sour grapes much? Kampman 2 seasons with 10+ sacks Peppers 6 seasons with 10+ sacks They both have played the same amount of time in their careers. Kampman 54 total sacks Peppers 81. Not just as good, and not younger either.

QUOTE (ChWRoCk2 @ Mar 5, 2010 -> 10:31 AM) Aaron Kampman I am hearing is going to be a Seattle Seahawk and Chad Clifton received a 7 million offer from the Redskins. Green Bay better not offer 7 million for Clifton, I will lose it, please let him go, not worth it. Kampman never fit in the system so I don't mind losing him either, I will take the comp picks in 2011. Ted Thompson better break out the checkbook for a change this season and stop relying so heavily on the draft. I doubt it happens though but I will get my hopes up anyways. Lions paid way too much for Burleson but I do like the Corey Williams trade for them. Wonder how that affects their pick. I see they might be getting Van Den Bosch, never was a fan of his. I see nothing indicating the Peppers and Taylor deals are done, frankly, you guys can have both. Both are over 30 and imo your better off with Kampman who is younger and will take less money to get. Your still thin at DE anyways after losing Adams, Ogunleye and Anderson. When did the Bears lose Anderson?

QUOTE (Kalapse @ Mar 4, 2010 -> 05:27 PM) Holy crap Greg Walker is insane. http://www.chicagotribune.com/sports/baseb...0,4628458.story Infield singles? Just as fun as instant runs. pierre will do that himself without even trying anyway. Yesterday he bunted and slapped himself on base.

QUOTE (Jordan4life @ Mar 4, 2010 -> 10:59 PM) Am I committing suicide if I combine P90X and Insanity? I want to add lean muscle while maintaining a lean/trim body. I don't want to be bulky. Alot of people do this actually, usually when they have been through P90X a time or two and want a new challenge.

So yesterday I had a long rough day at work and pulled a cheat day, rest day, italian food and a bottle of wine. Feeling it a bit today, but it was worth it. Back on the horse this morning, Back and Biceps this morning, Legs and back this afternoon.

QUOTE (SoxFan562004 @ Mar 2, 2010 -> 01:53 PM) Boers and Bernstein are doing a great segment ripping Pinella and the Cubs for pretending that this is some young hungry team who has no expectations. Also, I love how every Cubs prospect just gets a pass when the way that system has hyped prospects and then fizzled, every one should be looked at with a critical eye. That is great. They have 2 young players in their lineup and they are young and hungry. The Sox have younger players at 3B, SS, 2B, RF and in the rotation and pen and they are old.

QUOTE (Markbilliards @ Mar 4, 2010 -> 05:11 PM) Don't pay 8 dollars for it. Remind them of some part of your Comcast service that you dislike then talk them down on the sports package. They have nothing to lose. I pay 2 dollars a month for the sports package. Yeah, mine is included, tell them you are switching to Directv because of sports packages. -
