  1. Why not speculate, you're doing it for everyone else.
  2. You mean cynicism and lack of information tells you that.
  3. I wouldnt tell you about the ones that haven't been caught. Only the ones that have been or the ones I know are clean.
  4. I would not say that if I didn't know them. These are former students. Not just people i met. I. do know people from the Russian and Chinese Olympic teams. I believe what they've told me and not surprised of the bans they've received. You can make all the guesses and suppositions you want. You are going to be wrong in most cases.
  5. I do. I know people on her personal medical staff.
  6. Not medically.
  7. It would be a HIPPA violation to discuss my personal patients. However, I believe some that have come out were serena William's and simone biles.
  8. Yes many people including athletes have a medical need for various hormones. The fact there there is a waiver process for it is evidence of that. His high level would be tested regularly to be positive it doesn't rise above a normal level. The fact that he went through this process actually makes it much less likely he could cheat and get a abnormally high level to have a substantial effect on his performance.
  9. Its human growth hormone not testosterone. Two very different hormones.
  10. The fact that 3 managers got fired will be a deterrent on managers looking the other way or outright condoning it in the future.
  11. It would be a low dose to bring levels into the normal range. And with the waiver, he is tested much more often to make sure he is maintaining the proper levels.
  12. This I agree with. The problem is proving it. If the league can, I'm all for throwing the book at them. The Chiefs did a similar thing with Hunt. They said they didn't cut him until they found out he lied about the situation to them.
  13. Never said they were good excuses. I'm just telling what they did and why. I don't know why anyone would expect their behavior to be any different once they got caught. We all know people who act like this in the work place especially those of us using work time to post on message boards. ?
  14. Of course they lied. The players have a lot more to lose than gain by telling the truth. Immunity doesn't matter when your contract status comes up the next time.
  15. This is nothing new. Regardless of this incident. Although in the TA I don't disagree with him but that's an old discussion.
  16. This still does not explain why they were granted immunity. This is just why they would have a tough time punishing them. I'm sticking with the published reports that they were granted immunity to tell what happened and who knew what as opposed to your version.
  17. I thought thats what the reports said. Why were the players granted immunity then?
  18. Didn't they suspend people as well as fine and remove draft picks from the team? The players were granted immunity from punishment to give testimony against the manager and team.
  19. McDowell is very bitter toward MLB for the way he perceives he was treated.
  20. As I said before, the reason other teams didn't bring it up is that many of them were doing it too. It's not uncommon. Others just didn't create such an elaborate scheme and weren't as blatant about it with a monitor for every player to see.
  21. My comments were from the 90s when I worked in the league.
  22. Another axiom of life, crap runs downhill.
  23. It can give it a screwball type motion but it's more that they throw it inside more than it breaks inside. The turn over just allows it to not come back over the plate when thrown inside. Of course they have a better chance. i agree that it's an advantage and should be illegal. I just don't think its a huge advantage as some have said.
