I did see the trailer at the Rise of Skywalker yesterday. The soundtrack looks to be great. It was the perfect song for those scenes. Zeta-Jones is outstanding in high fidelity. The albums are a great part of it. Those kinds of movies where people hang out at the record store or an arcade like in war games bring back the memories.

High fidelity is an awesome classic.

Steve Stone Hinting At Another Move: Not Puig / Castellanos
It is but the discussion was about trusting his arm. I understand that keeping him down is for service time. However that doesnt mean he isn't physically ready.

Steve Stone Hinting At Another Move: Not Puig / Castellanos
There's absolutely no reason not to trust his arm. He had twice as long as most pitchers for rehab and he has already pitched in games since last season.

Steve Stone Hinting At Another Move: Not Puig / Castellanos
No one is entitled to anything. The only reason he is going to the minors is service time. I'm not sure where the grievance issue came from but it's the same as madrigal and Robert. They all should be in the MLB. The only reason they aren't is service time manip6which may not be in the spirit if the CBA but it is definitely legal.

Steve Stone Hinting At Another Move: Not Puig / Castellanos
Its is clearly obvious he is one of the 5 most talented pitchers in the organization. The Sox wont know if he is one of the best until he is in the MLB for a while.

Steve Stone Hinting At Another Move: Not Puig / Castellanos
He doesnt NEED it. He pitched in the Fall instructional league and he wont learn anything from pitching to minor leagues to start the year. However, the Sox NEED to get the year of control since he missed the year.

It's most likely a piece for the bullpen. As the season progresses two of Gonzalez, Lopez or Rodon will be added to the pen as well.

STAR WARS Everything
Just got back from the movie and I agree it is one of the better ones. They tried to wrap everything up and while they had to do a lot it kept you interested without just being g an action movie placed in the star wars universe. Overall, a good way to wrap up the original universe and a lead in to another.

I dont think they should sit EE against LH pitching. That's his strength.

Computerized strike zone is coming
Because the MLB will say that the umpire will have less duties and slow down the escalation of pay and other benefits in future contracts.

Keuchel to Sox, 3 years, 55.55 million; 4th year team option
I think you aren't following the conversation. It started out with why the NL/AL East seem to have the best conferences. I asked if it was the concentration of population and that lead to increased revenue. To which someone replied it was the FO that made the difference. So I asked if only the east coast teams can have a good FO because that doesnt make sense.

Keuchel to Sox, 3 years, 55.55 million; 4th year team option
So only the east coast teams are good at hiring FO people. Interesting hypothesis.

Keuchel to Sox, 3 years, 55.55 million; 4th year team option
Do you think the concentration of population thus more revenue makes a difference there?

Hats off to the Front Office
I agree.

Keuchel to Sox, 3 years, 55.55 million; 4th year team option
Depends on the budget they are given for that as well. It took years for them to convince JR to do the rebuild. I would guess that taking extra money from the MLB team to add to the development group would be a hard sell as well. The current FO has had their issues but I think it's more on the restrictions placed upon them.

Keuchel to Sox, 3 years, 55.55 million; 4th year team option
Sorry, I meant from my perspective not the Sox. I agree the overall dollars scared JR off.
-
Keuchel to Sox, 3 years, 55.55 million; 4th year team option
I think it does. The FO is well aware of the restrictions JR places upon them. I'm sure if JR guaranteed them a payroll right around the luxury tax, their approach would be very different.

The 36 mil isn't the issue for Cole, it's the 9 years. I wouldn't do that for anyone.

Agreed.
