  1. QUOTE(aboz56 @ Apr 6, 2005 -> 11:20 AM) Or people could just follow the rules, which is what will happen. What a concept!
  2. QUOTE(T R U @ Apr 6, 2005 -> 11:15 AM) I was wondering why my questions and comments in threads were going un-noticed :banghead Huh?
  3. QUOTE(Texsox @ Apr 6, 2005 -> 11:14 AM) needed him to set up Bush, or a great ex-President? I don't see him with a great cause or passion beyond being himself. Carter seems to be able to take pleasure in doing things without being in the limelight. I think his (Clinton's) Presidency may improve with age. I hope you are right about his future. Actually, I believe Clinton will turn into a good will ambassador for the US. Whether in an appointed position (UN Ambassador?) or as a private citizen.
  4. QUOTE(Texsox @ Apr 6, 2005 -> 11:11 AM) You may be thinking of Ann Richards Apparently.
  5. QUOTE(Texsox @ Apr 6, 2005 -> 11:09 AM) He was a very good governor. I'm also a big Rick Perry ® supporter. The next Texas race will be interesting. There is a movement in the GOP to get Sen. Hutchinson to run. I love her as my Sen. and hoe she stays in Washington. Wasn't she governor previously?
  6. QUOTE(Texsox @ Apr 6, 2005 -> 11:05 AM) I think we needed Nixon's last year, Ford, and Carter, to have Reagan. After nearly a decade of indecisiveness and public plans like WIN (Whip Inflation Now) and the 444 Day Hostage Crisis, The stage was set for a tall, confident, cowboy like Reagan. Carter is histories greatest ex-President. I think if Reagan's health and age hadn't been working against him, he too could have done a lot of good, just in different ways. I believe Clinton will fall into that catagory eventually.
  7. QUOTE(T R U @ Apr 6, 2005 -> 11:04 AM) I know I was joking I wanted to see how many people would flip out You'll never know. After that post, 95% of the posters put you on ignore!
  8. QUOTE(mreye @ Apr 6, 2005 -> 11:04 AM) Hell. That's exactly what Texsox was driving at.
  9. QUOTE(Texsox @ Apr 6, 2005 -> 10:58 AM) Great comeback, especially since the Inquisition and Crusades ended and are widely viewed as mistakes. LOL. Just like Bush's term as governor.
  10. QUOTE(KipWellsFan @ Apr 6, 2005 -> 10:57 AM) Hey Steff I always see a red x in your sig, what's up with that? People have been using an "X" for a signature for centuries. Have a little tact!
  11. QUOTE(Steff @ Apr 6, 2005 -> 10:55 AM) Is it safe to Miracle Grow testicles....?? That's ok ... But those plant spike things are out of the question!
  12. QUOTE(aboz56 @ Apr 6, 2005 -> 10:49 AM) Grow up. The five days is so people get a chance to see the message. You have seen it, so I suggest complying. Hey! Wasn't that supposed to read "five minutes" rathewr than "five days"?
  13. QUOTE(aboz56 @ Apr 6, 2005 -> 10:47 AM) Your sig looks fine. Exactly. It's the spirit of the rule we are looking for. Not the technicality.
  14. What is with some of you people? There are new rules. They are not discriminatory or outrageously restrictive. This ain't worth getting all bent out of shape over.
  15. I think The Jayhawks will win this series.
  16. Carter was an ineffective president ... but Nixon and Johnson are the two worst presidents in my lifetime. Jimmy Carter is a good man, just not a good president.
  17. QUOTE(Steff @ Apr 6, 2005 -> 10:24 AM) Me, me, me, me, me, meeeeee.... You're in. You can be my right hand ... uhhhh ... doable.
  18. QUOTE(Steff @ Apr 6, 2005 -> 10:21 AM) Wonder if there will be any congrat's to GDub on the executation rate in Texas.. "GDub" olny has to reply with two words ... Inquisition and Crusades.
  19. I want to organize a sig vigilante committee. Any volunteers?
  20. From what I'm hearing, the rank & file of the Border Patrol are appreciativfe of these guys bringing attention to the fact that they NEED MORE HELP. What is being said in the media is the "official" stance of the Border Patrol. The rank and file won't say any different because of fear of repercussions.
  21. QUOTE(knightni @ Apr 6, 2005 -> 10:13 AM) Your sig is bigger than his. Mine is getting big, but I can change it if asked. We are talking vertically ... his sig + blog thing + 7 or 8 lines of text ..... get the idea?
  22. QUOTE(southsider2k5 @ Apr 6, 2005 -> 08:58 AM) Exactly. If they would actually start throwing the book at these guys with the ferver they get worked up for over nothing, maybe these guys would think twice about breaking the law. Politicians should be held to a higher standard of the law, not a lower one. I can't say I've ever heard it expressed better. Too many, both parties, all levels, think they are above the law.
  23. QUOTE(El Piervizdyeguchansodnik @ Apr 6, 2005 -> 10:08 AM) So you guys get a new server and now there are sig guidelines? Mind telling us why? Because your sig is too big?
  24. QUOTE(mreye @ Apr 6, 2005 -> 10:07 AM) I send it back right away. Straight on!
  25. QUOTE(Steff @ Apr 6, 2005 -> 08:13 AM) Me too.. Hard to miss the positive test result.. Yep. I thought was obvious enough.
