This home plate umpire sucks. Strike 3 to Willie harris wasn't a strike. What should have been strike 3 to Corey Patterson was closer than the call on Harris. The 2nd strike on Colon wasn't even close.

I agree with SS2K3 ... Beuhrle should face the Twins.

Believe me, I'm not overly optimistic. I just believe that if this team starts playing up to it's potential, we can win this thing.

OK, Buehrle gave up 4 earned in 6+ innings ..... The offense still owes him a few.

If he's not a regular in our outfield by then, he never will be.

We can still win this thing. But, we can't let up. They can't go into Wrigley today being satisfied with winning the series. This is an opportunity for them to sweep a division leader, a rival, all in hostile territory. Having accomplished that before heading in to Twinkieland would be a great morale booster.

Actually, I was thinking that there had been at least a blip of an improvement since Walker got here. Nothing outstanding, but it appears to be heading in the right direction. Of course, I'm talking hitting here. Not bunting.
