  1. What a bum. Another worthless AB. Non competitive.
  2. Love how they are talking about Lee's struggles when he has an OPS 200 points higher.
  3. It's so good right now that even grooved they can't barrel it. Good stuff.
  4. changeup is nasty right now with the shadows.
  5. Wow that was a looping breaking ball to Moldy. I could have hammered that one.
  6. It's called baseball John. He still has a 410 OPS.
  7. Thorpe just looks like a pitcher more often than not. Like he has a plan and is going to try and execute regardless of anything else. Impressive demeanor and results so far in MLB. Def has established himself as a guy that has a nice floor.
  8. Pham doesn't even have that good of range anymore but it speaks volumes about how bad our RF have been when simply making the play a few feet inside of the line at G-Rate is notable.
  9. Do you think by the time game 120 rolls around John will realize he's allowed to call a baserunner scoring before they are waived home? It was a hit and run. the play by play needs to call that, not Stone.
  10. and with that PA sheets falls below 0 fWAR. lol, what are we doing here.
  11. he just started selling out for fastballs. once the league adjusted he went back to sucking.
  12. Pham racing towards negative WAR. He'll be lucky to be part of an add on trade at this point.
  13. must absolutely enrage teams when they f*** up against us.
  14. Mariners could use him honestly.
  15. 5 million is nothing if you've got a smoking crater at 3B and want a high floor guy assuming he stays healthy. His glove alone makes him a solid 3B even if he's hitting 250/300/360.
  16. He's a star. In a big OF fully healthy he's saving you 20 runs a year. CF is slim pickings right now in MLB. There is no doubt he's a star and people trying to say otherwise are foolish.
  17. He has 13 fWAR in 405 career games. He's literally the def of a 4-5 WAR player and we all know he has more in the tank performance was if he's fully healthy and protected in a lineup. I won't have this slander on Robert.
  18. He's looking at 5 years 200 million if he pitches well again next year, at min. The best we could possibly do would be to offer him like 6/150 right now. I think he'd take it, but I know we won't offer it, even tho it would be a very fair deal for both sides. We're too cheap.
  19. Let him hit the dance floor in Scottsdale. If he's good, he's ready to play.
  20. It's back of a napkin math. I'd say it's going to be at least 15 million in 2025, who is to say it won't be 25 in 2027? Revenues are through the roof. Regardless, if the return isn't there, you just hold him.
  21. He's like a 4-6 WAR player assuming he averages 130 games played. He's got basically 3.5 years left at 60 million. If you assume that cost of a win in FA is somewhere like 20 million these days you could project him for about 150 million in surplus value on the high end. You have to get like a top 10 guy and then two back end top 75-100 types for that imo.
