Moncada and Clevinger "returned from rehab assignments"
It doesn't even feel like April was part of this season. Man it's only 2/3 over too.

Moncada and Clevinger "returned from rehab assignments"
Thought for sure they announced he had "successful" surgery and would be out 12-15 weeks. Could be wrong, I have not been following this team closely to say the least.

Not surprising a guy with a surgical repair is experiencing soreness. I'd be more concerned how his back responds as he ramps up.

How much is a guy like Fedde worth in a trade?
Headliner should be like a top 75 guy and then get a couple more lotto tickets. You might have to package him with like Pham or something to get that done but no big deal as that's the entire reason you signed Pham.

Dodgers interested in Robert, Crochet, Pham
He's also pitched 3/4 of his innings or so at almost zero stress. He hasn't had any set backs, hasn't even really had a "dead arm" period. I'd be worried about him if he was going to be pitching over 180 innings into the playoffs and putting max effort into pitches in October, but he ain't.

Not really a mechanics guy but didn't he clean up some of the problems with his delivery that were putting too much strain on his elbow? I dunno, he looks as healthy as a dude stretching the limits of the human body by firing a baseball 100mph can imo. Yea he's an injury risk, but all pitchers are, right? Like compare him to Kopech, who is constantly figuring out how to tweak something in his lower body from the mound.

He's in excellent condition. He's built like a horse. Him and Robert stood out from a physical standpoint in the dugout when I was 20-30 feet away at the game.

Crochet is not Cease and they need to not approach trading him like Cease. You either get a haul or you just shut him down and wait until the offseason. The risk for Cease was pitching 150 innings for you and getting hurt in one of them and/or not pitching like anything other than a 4th starter. The risk with Garrett is like probably 30 innings rest of year and unless he gets hurt with his stuff there's no way he's going to pitch as anything other than a TOR guy.

MLB Reminds White Sox That Games Televised...
If Crochet and Robert are gone there's not a chance we win more than 60. Next year is looking like another 110+ loss season unless they do something crazy in FA, which they aren't going to do.

Crochet wants an extension to pitch in the playoffs
Julio just got hurt. We need to fleece the Mariners.

Chasing Records — 121 losses, modern MLB record
Getz has the trade deadline up his sleeve tho. We can still set the record if Garrett and Robert and crew are moved out.

7/21- Sox at Royals, 1:10
It's called baseball man. Look at Julio Rodriguez. He's struggling more than Robert and is getting paid twice as much for three times as long. Some of you guys need to separate your sads around the Sox as an org from the actual players. There's no reason to think Robert isn't highly valued.

Eloy, Sheets and Vaughn have now combined for -.7 fWAR. Impressive. Get these bums out of the fucking starting lineup. I don't care who replaces them. Seriously.

Jimmy Lambert returns from the dead, starts rehab in ACL
I forgot all these existed, honestly.

West Coast White Sox: The Seattle Mariners and their 2024 season.
14 scoreless innings in a row for M's offense. Boo birds out in force at T-Mobile last two nights. The blew a 10 game lead in 24 games. Previous MLB record was 33.

7/20 Sox @ Royals 6:10PM
Didn't know we already played. Another non competitive one. We've reached the dog days. box score slash lines are brutal. we've got more guys with negative war than positive. just yikes.

can you imagine how insufferable he'd be if the sox were actually .500? We'd be hearing how JR is as pure as the driven snow.- White Sox broadcast rated dead last
Was it Len and Beckham yesterday on TV? It wasn't a great broadcast but boy it was nice to see Len filling dead air late with actual stats analysis rather than just hearing Schriffen doing his ah shucks here come the Sox (not really) routine with Stone.- Sox @ Royals, 7:10 pm, Flexen v.
