Smith against Logan Evans. Meidroth, Vargas, Thaiss, Robert, Sosa, Palacios, Vaughn, Elko, Rojas. Wild how guys go from top of the order to bottom almost on a coin flip with this team.

if nothing else you feel good for the guys to get a win. it's not all their faults this franchise put them in this spot.

Is there an alt universe where we keep him as the everyday catcher and we win the WS?

I mean, Meidroth had a nice game. Houser and somehow the pen shut them down. Incredible to win a 1-0 game really given the names on the pitching docket.

that's awful

wow.

we need

lol vaughn. that's what happens when you make the contact he does.

it's funny how much they are hyping up julio given he's regressed quite a bit in some ways. He was expected to be like a 280/350/500 guy not 250/300/420. His wRC+ has gone from elite to just above average.

Nice play dude.

I like that layered chain look from houser.

Palacios taking a giant dump on the thread tonight.

The Mariners brought the PNW with them. Classic Seattle weather with a light to strong mist and a damp, cold 48 degrees.

that's a fucking rocket by sosa to get him!

vaughn doesn't make that play.

vaughn is a walking meme about WTP at this point.

what are you doing? christ the first one might have hit him if he didn't swing at it.

when ur hot ur hot.

come on vargas sit fastball here and just adjust if you see junk in the zone.

keep hitting, this guy is throwing s%*# you'd expect a good college team to hit. 92 fastball and junk.

nice production, can't even get a fucking replay?

He beat that easily.

if they are playing rojas every day it sure as hell better end if he doesn't heat up by mid june. you're not flipping this dumpster dive for anything more than a c+ level guy even if he starts hitting.

see how a good hitter makes both swing and approach differences? breath of fresh air.
