Part of being a good modern 21st century org is also figuring out how the f*** you integrate every highly paid asset's personality into your club. This is another thing the Sox blow chunks at. We've had so many guys b**** and moan while here, and while each individual case is different we've had so many consecutively that it's a pattern beyond the individuals it's an org wide failing to keep our guys happy and content. Not one single racial or ethnic group either. Pretty much all 'em have had beef with the Sox or beef with a team mate or beef with showing up and doing their job. We've got Sale tearing up jerseys, we've got TA moping, Kopech getting into it with fans, Moncada half assing it and frequently forgetting the situation, or Eloy, or the list goes on and on. Hire some damn performance experts!

This is fucking insane. How do orgs go bankrupt? Slowly and all at once. They never corrected any of the problems that lead to the rebuild in the 1st place including: 1) overall org structure with clear chain of command 2) coaching staff competence and overall org pedagogy for teaching skills at every level 3) financial approach, specifically ending asinine policies like not extending SP and offering the "friends and family" discount plan instead of just the highest AAV. Everything we are seeing right now is down to the slow organizational rot. Fish rots from the top down with JR. He's obviously ready to be put out to pasture and is intellectually incapable of running the team he owns. To a degree much higher than in the 90s and aughts.

This is much worse than the drake stuff imo. That seemed to be isolated to a wing of the clubhouse and was mostly an externally driven scandal, whereas this seems to be pretty much an org wide call out including basic standards of professionalism -- that came not from the media digging, but from a former player freely offering it up.
