I just got my official "This item is not in stock but will be shipped as soon as it is in stock." email from MLB.com. I'm this close to returning my AL Central champs shirt that I ordered on the day we clinched and still have not received the moment I get it. The f***ing shirt's already out of date. I spent a little extra on shipping on this one, but somehow I get the feeling it'll be Christmas before I receive it, if the AL Central is any guide. It's been almost 3 weeks.

If this series had gone 7 games and they lost in a very close run series, they might have had a point. But seriously...in 5 games, none of our starting pitchers gave up more than 3 runs. The Angels hit .175. Change 1 or 2 calls...and we win it in 6. Change the strike zone a bit in game 1, and we win it in 4.

I have no idea how much of a part he is of this pitching staff. I don't know how important he was in developing those people. Id on't know how much he works with AJ. I don't know how much he works with any of them. But Cooper is the pitching coach for the best pitching staff in baseball. Congrats Coop!

Buehrle, Garland, Contreras, Garcia. This rotation sets up Jose Contreras as the pitcher in any potential game 7, and evens out the rest between the staff.

We have won 12 of our last 13 games. I just like saying that.
