Anyone else here who wants MLB Gameday audio...right now for me Rooney and Farmer are broadcasting on the Indians feed.
-
I'm calling MLB Audio's help line right now in case anyone else cares.

QUOTE(SnB @ Sep 20, 2005 -> 05:12 PM) we've all become delusional and mentally ill. What gave it away?
-
Not only is the White Sox broadcast on MLB Radio just playing a Mack, Jurko, Harry broadcast, but the Cleveland Indians radio broadcast is compeltely dead - it says it's unavailable. What the f*** is this horse s***. I paid good money for this.
-
Oh what the f*** is this, why is MLB Radio broadcasting Mac, Jurko, and Harry, and not the ballgame? Is anyone else getting this s***? Where's Rooney & Farmer?
-
Let's go Mark. It's your ballgame.

Here's the challenge...tonight can we get an entire page in this game thread where the avatars are nothing but Rally Crede's?
-
QUOTE(wsox08 @ Sep 20, 2005 -> 04:55 PM) I changed the avatar, anyone notice? guess the girls still show up It's working now...avatar changes seem like they take a second to run throguh the system.

QUOTE(Flash Tizzle @ Sep 20, 2005 -> 04:50 PM) My question is will any of you remain confident in this offense even IF it makes it to the postseason? Whether it's Williams or another guy, this team needs help offensively. Except for Boston, every year since 2001, the World Series and the playoffs have been decided entirely by which team pitches the best. When it's crunch time, it comes down to pitching and defense. The offense usually just comes along for the ride. I'm confident enough in this offense to win IF our pitching staff from the first half can rear its ugly head again.

QUOTE(fathom @ Sep 20, 2005 -> 04:41 PM) Yankees and Red Sox look to be in good shape to win their games tonight, as the Yankees have just jumped all over the Orioles. When will this nightmare end? The nightmare part will end tonight.
-
Here's an idea...we all pitch in like $1 to someone who's going to the game tomorrow...have them run to Kinkos, and print up a very large laminated poster of the Rally Crede. Like 10 feet long.

QUOTE(Chisoxfn @ Sep 20, 2005 -> 04:47 PM) She's been a staple of Soxtalk. Hopefully she's not back till November DK Gimme a break, I've only been here 1 season.

QUOTE(DonkeyKongerko @ Sep 20, 2005 -> 04:44 PM) I'm sporting Rally Crede for a night. Alizee wants us to lose so she can come back. So that's who that is!
-
You know, I think I'm gonna go 1 step further and change my PTC to the Rally Crede.

QUOTE(wsox08 @ Sep 20, 2005 -> 04:41 PM) wish i could have gone tonight, but hell yeah nice banner...... anyone like the new avatar? Can you at least replace one of their faces with the Hair-surrounded Crede face?

QUOTE(southsider2k5 @ Sep 20, 2005 -> 04:30 PM) The Indians are going to be getting expensive quick, and that is just to keep their own players. And if their attendance doesn't increase quickly, they won't be able to afford it. Trouble is, the Indians aren't the only ones that are about to see the price of their team increase a lot. In the next year, we've got AJ and Garland coming up for contracts, we've got a big question mark at 1st base right now, Crede is arbitration eligible and we have no replacement ready, and we don't have that much coming off of the books in terms of dollars either. Plus Buehrle's getting fairly close to the end of his contract, and he may very well command an absolute fortune by the time that rolls around. Right now, I'm starting to see a Sox team that needs to get a lot younger in a hurry. I have a feeling I'm going to be saying that a lot this offseason.

QUOTE(greasywheels121 @ Sep 20, 2005 -> 04:38 PM) That was the 2nd loudest I screamed at a game this year. Man I loved that shot.

QUOTE(WilliamTell @ Sep 20, 2005 -> 04:35 PM) Hey I live in Iowa, it's helping out my state, we have ethanol plants all over. What are we famous for??? That's right, corn. Plus it's $2.49 here compared to $2.59. And I only buy gas once a month or so since I bike on a USA made bike. But the tires were made in Italy. Well, at least I'm not the only one making heavy use of a bike. Of course, I don't even own a car, so it's not an option for me, but good work on that part.

QUOTE(The Ginger Kid @ Sep 20, 2005 -> 04:30 PM) O'Reilly is just further proof that Fox has no credibility whatsoever when it comes to any sort of journalistic integrity. It's fundamentalist entertainment and that's what it should be called. I wouldn't care at all about the existence and actions of Fox News if 2 conditions were met: 1. They were not allowed to say that they were fair and balanced. I find that to clearly be false advertising. 2. There were a liberal alternative in the media. Aside from the Daily Show, there really isn't anything that leans to my direction. Therefore, the Conservative side has a whole channel that they can use to get out their talking points, while the other side of the aisle has no such thing.

QUOTE(WilliamTell @ Sep 20, 2005 -> 04:29 PM) Actually I also help my home state's cause and buy ethanol gas. Interestingly, it actually takes more oil to make ethanol than you get back by using the ethanol as fuel. So by using ethanol containing gasoline, you're actually helping the Saudis out even more, because you're consuming more oil than you would if you were just using pure, ethanol free gasoline. The only way Ethanol makes sense is if it is used in a large city as a method of forcing pollution to be generated outside of the urban area...thus keeping the air quality in the city marginally better. Hence...Iowa.

QUOTE(WilliamTell @ Sep 20, 2005 -> 04:27 PM) Until they start drilling in Alaska, yes I will be. Actually a majority of the oil coming out of Alaska gets shipped to Asian countries anyway.

You know, I always liked the fact that it seemed like different regions of the country had different names for those level stores...whether it was Macy's, Ayers, Marshall Fields, etc.
