And Alanis Morrisette probably would never have gottten anywhere without that show.  Some people might think that would have been a good thing, but I like her.

I looked at every member of the cast, and I only recognized her name. That kind of surprised me, you would think a comedy sketch show for kids like that would have spawned a few more recognizable stars after an 11 year run.

Sounds like you'd be happier if you moved to Japan.  Correction, there's a whole BUNCH of people that would be happier if you moved to Japan.

MAke sure you have a firm grasp on the language first, however, they don't accept homework assignments in English.

All of a sudden, the cat I was dark horsing to be the star of the game -- while everyone else was picking Ben Roethlisberger or Willie Parker or was getting caught up in Jerome's exit -- became the star of the pre-Super Bowl hype machine. He became the story of the game before the game. The Greg Lloyd we love to hate.

And because of that, the come-from-nowhere factor that helps defensive players become stars in the Super Bowl is gone like "Emily's Reasons Why Not."

This was supposed to be the Discovery of Joey Porter. This Super Bowl was supposed to be the game that caused those who don't follow football to fall in love with him, and those already in love with him to feel good about his finally getting the credit he's due.

I discovered him last year. When the Steelers were 15-1, I knew there had to be another reason why they were unbeatable, besides the phenom rookie QB. I followed Porter in the playoffs last year. I saw the Rick James in him, the fire and desire.

Why does Scoop Jackson think that Joey Porter is this unknown come out of nowhere tackling machine that doesnt get any recognition? Not to mention that Joey Porter has been talking s*** since before the Steelers played the Bears, but Porter has been regarded as one of the best blitzing linebackers in the league for a couple years now, Porter gets plenty of recognition for what he does.

I love Scoop saying he discovered Porter last year, like he was following the "cool" band before they hit it big.

Yep, the crowd is really lame.

Actually, that has been my problem with any MLB game for a while now. Dammit, when I hit a game winning homerun, I want the game to be as excited as me! I dont want to see the same 4 people repeated standing up and down.

I am also looking forward to some new announcers hopefully.

As usual you are wrong.  But I'm not surprised since your capacity to reason in science seems limited to Biology.  Any good student of science knows that which is unexplainable in Biology falls to the realm of Physics.  Why?    Because Biology is for the more part void of mathematical reasoning to explain that which it can not test.

We have covered this topic before & I have provided you the links on prevailing theories relating to quantum physics & how they gravitate to a Divine Agent explanation.  Let me try to summarize it again:

    Yep, this "discussion" is over.

  6. I think Adam Morrison is going to be more of a Korver type in the NBA. Pretty much a sharpshooter who cannot create too much if anything for himself, but if you give them daylight, its in. They say Morrison is an old school baller, I havent seen too much of him, but maybe he has a few more tricks up his sleeve when he gets to the NBA. I dont think he would be a wasted pick, but I dont know how high I would pick him.

  7. LOL, the tabloids have been WAY more right than wrong in the past couple years. My wife is a tabloid freak, so they are good bathroom material(lol). They had Angelina Jolie pegged as pregnant back in October, and they have been talking about Sheryl Crow and Lance Armstrong since November.

  8. That last clip seems to me his honesty about the whole situation coming out. Especially when he says "It was the first time I ever got a laugh I was uncomfortable with."

We all needed a break from Chappelle as much as he needed a break from us. When he comes back full force, I think he is gonna blow us away. I still love his humor, and I am glad every other guy in the bar isnt going to be saying "What?", Or "OK!" every 15 seconds.

  9. The New York Knicks have acquired Toronto Raptors guard/forward Jalen Rose and a first-round pick in exchange for power forward Antonio Davis, ESPN's Stephen A. Smith reports.

    Hollinger's Trade Breakdown

If there's a player who is the antithesis of what Knicks coach Larry Brown is about, it's Jalen Rose. Brown likes his players mentally tough and defensive-minded; Rose is completely offensive-minded and bristles at the slightest suggestion that he might no longer be a star. The two were paired briefly in Indiana and mixed about as well as peanut butter and tacos. Brown grew incensed by Rose's defensive lapses and banished him to the pine, and Rose got upset.

Oddly enough, this pattern later repeated itself when Rose played for Thomas in Indiana, which is why I didn't expect to see Rose turn up in New York.

Incidentally, Antonio Davis, now a Raptor for the second time, may agree to a buyout with Toronto, and if so one imagines he'll eventually land back home in Chicago.

LOL, I am sure Michael Axelrod is thrilled that BOTH Davis' will be in town more often now.

    1st: 1 AB

    2nd: 11 AB

    3rd: 963 AB

    4th: 1853 AB

    5th: 1490 AB

    6th: 720 AB

    7th: 512 AB

    8th: 333 AB

    9th: 35 AB

Hmm, seems he has the second to most experience in the 5 hole. I wonder if thats what the author was thinking when he made his projected lineup.

  11. QUOTE(JUGGERNAUT @ Feb 3, 2006 -> 04:46 PM)
What is straight, bi, & gay?

Straight : Males that are atttractive to persons looking like attractive females.  They like tits, ass, & pussy.  Females that are attractive to persons looking like attractive males.  They are attracted to broad chest & shoulders, nice buns, & cocks.

Bi: a hybrid of a straight male & female.

Gay: A female who ACTS like a straight male & a male who ACTS like a straight female.

The point? It's the characterisitcs & NOT the gender that a person is attracted too.  That's why there is no such thing as sexual orientation.

Best example tranny's.  See next post.

Do you know how funny this is coming one page after you just posted "Everything isnt Black and White"?

Thats painting with a pretty broad brush.

With respect to Vazquez it's his rise back to 17 dominant wins that probably has Cooper going gaga over him.  How many pitchers in 2005 had a 70% increase in dominant wins?

LOS ANGELES (Reuters) - Television "femme fatale" Heather Locklear, star of such series as "Dynasty" and 'Melrose Place," has filed for divorce from her rock star husband of 11 years, Bon Jovi guitarist Richie Sambora, her spokeswoman said on Thursday.

"This is a private matter and there will be no further comment at this time," spokeswoman Cece Yorke said.

According to court papers obtained by celebrity news Web site www.TMZ.Com, Locklear is seeking a divorce based on irreconcilable differences.

Locklear, 44, and Sambora, 46, have an 8-year-old daughter, Ava. Locklear was previously married to another rock star, Tommy Lee. Their seven-year marriage ended in 1993.
