But still more than worth it...instantly changes your philosophy about the world, future, environment, etc. Have your wife try a few different breast nursing holding positions. The baby is probably gulping a bit of air when swallowing. The "football" hold worked best for us, but there are others to try. hitting the feet sounds rather ridiculous and wouldn't accomplish anything
