You and I have very different definitions of Free-Fall.
At the QB position it has been abysmal

Philly looks like they are still in the same sleepwalk that they finished the season with

Tomlin should bolt due to lack of appreciation.
Those three QBs don't belong anywhere near the postseason.
Meanwhile Bills seven consecutive wins now and will collide with Baltimore at some point...seems to be down to those two and KC.
Yea Steelers have been in a free fall since Big Ben retired. Wasting a good defense unfortunately
-
Welp, then that happens. Losing your punter/holder on a blocked kick is not ideal

Nice seeing you in the Playoffs, Steelers. Enjoy your offseason

I wouldn't go that far down either.
What do you mean go that far down?

Mel Kiper Jr seems to think the Bears can get the 8th pick for Fields, which is just insane to me. There might be a 1% chance of that happening.
It all depends on how bad they want the home town kid and if they feel pressure to add him

Caleb Williams enters the draft officially

I saw something that said any time before midnight eastern time. Not sure how valid that is, though.
Mahomes?
Yea I am wrong about that, he TALKED about it when he got stakes in MLS and the KC Royals, but hasn’t happened yet.
so, Williams can pound sand

Yeah good luck with that Mr. Williams...
he can demand that all he wants, I don’t think anyone is giving him that until he shows that he can win in the NFL consistently. And even then, there is like one guy in the nfl who has that, and he is the best QB in the league

Sooooooo Caleb Williams still hasn't declared for the draft. It's hard to think this is anything but bad for the Bears.
Stroud was the last to declare last season and tweets came out that he accepted a new NIL deal and it meant nothing.

Maybe they could do what Houston did last year, picking Stroud and then trading up to select Anderson.
I’m not really interested in spending multiple picks at this point to move up a few spots. The Bears don’t have a lot of picks in this draft and we are in no position to be spending them from this draft or next

Goodbye McCarthy.
I guess the one thing I should have really considered is the amount of McCarthying that would be done here in this game, and he has come through so far

Hot take…but does that team if they trade for Tyreek Hill but maintain Brian Flores have much different success?
That’s a good question, I’m not sure I am familiar with him and McDaniel (with the Dolphins)enough to know
-
@T R Uwhats your thoughts on McDaniel? Next year they gotta make some noise in the playoffs or that seat is pretty hot, no?

Bills are offering $20 per hour this weekend for fans to come shovel out the ballpark. No joke. Fans are known to shovel out the player's homes.
I think they have done that a few times, Green Bay too. Have to imagine for fans in those climates, that’s just a thing to do

Bulls fans showed last night they deserve a Reinsdorf ownership. My mind was blown. I bet there are thousands who were proud they made his widow cry.
I kind of disagree that we deserve it only in the sense that it was at Reinsdorfs behest that Krause became a super villain in this city. however, last night was beyond the pale
How many times has reinsdorf been in the athletic over the last three years for totally embarrassing s%*# that really has nothing to do with a sport. Just take your money and go, sir. We are done here

Milwaukee got dumped on, and it continues to fall. Flying to Florida tomorrow, or so I hope. Booked flight for 630am already cancelled so hoping my 535pm replacement holds.
My buddy is going on a cruise today and had to be in Florida by 2pm or lose the cruise. Thursday night his wife started panicking they were going to have their flights cancelled so he just said f*** it and they rented a car and drove to Indy that night instead of taking their morning flight and then drove the rest of the way south yesterday and that was probably the smartest thing he could have done

Well, we are at the beginning of what appears to be a large snow dump today, my area(mchenry county) is looking at 8-15 inches of snow followed by sub zero for a week, so that’s fun
hope everyone stays safe, happy shoveling/snowblowing/paying someone else to do it

yeah he struggled through his first year, was mostly a runner his 2nd year, but then took a big jump in y3. That was what I was kinda hoping for from Fields this year and why his first few games going backwards was so disappointing.
Well if they stick with him, maybe we can see that jump and we can chalk up the first year to a redshirt season under Nagy. Staying healthy would be paramount for that jump though

Balta I know you are desperate to correct minor details but I said they are wasting good defenses, the qb position has been s%*# since Ben retired. Quit creating arguments where there are none, I never said Tomlin sucks
