the publicity isnt important. actually this may be good...it wont get the guys on the Sox too cocky with their performances and it may drive them to do better. They know they are good but let the publicity come when we get to the WS. f*** ESPN..dont worry about them Just worry about your SOX

I think its a possibility. Hell we're 27 games above .500 and we've only played 73 games. It all relies if the Sox avoid injury annd that they don't have a let down and start playing without any brains and heart just cause they are 10 games up on the Twins. If they keep their heads on straight, sure there's a chance. But im more interested in winning a wold series and im sure the Sox are too.

I voted for Oswalt but that aint gunna happen. Theyd want our top three prospects and KW wont use all up on one guy. What if we needed to keep some for insurance. I just dont see Astros dealing Oswalt. AND dont say trade Crede cause Astros already got 2. -But I think KW will do something to improve the team by the trade deadline.

We shouldve kept McCarthy down at AAA. He's not ready yet and all we are doing is wasting his options. We shoulda brought up Adkins or Bej see if they got it, atleast until el duque comes back plus they already got major league experience.

OFF TOPIC...I guess they are going to have a different schedule with Mike Murphy. I think him and Mike North should be put together again like last year. For me that was the best radio lineup. I can't stand listening in the morning when North's buddies talk about stupid things like white/black marriage and nuns and stuff of that sort. I dunno why they don't talk *MORE* about the first place White Sox or sports in general. They did last year when they had the Murph in the moring.

THIS IS SICKENING! from a frustrated fan... I turned off the tv and now im here. I dont know whats up with the pitching and the hitting is PATHETIC, actually both are. Expect these kinds of games until one of the starters can actually go an outing without giving up 5 runs in an inning. AND the scariest part is this is friggin Arizona, ARIZONA!! Now we'll be headed into the weekend against the Dodgers and im scared well get swept by them too and even the Royals. What I'd really like to see is like everyone in the ballpark to leave and let these fools (your whitesox) play their embarrasment b-ball without an audience. Just everyone leave in protest. Maybe that yll get through to them. One things for sure, if I was Ozzie I would get my @ss thrown out as quick as possible and get the hell out of there. Thats whats been getting me worried, Count and Hernandez doing the exact opposite. They always keep the game at an unbearable pace and throw too many pitches in the at bat. I wish the would be like Garland and try it Buerhle style, you'll be better off throwing strikes plus the defense won't fall asleep on you. LEARN IT. I dont know what Contreras' problem is, he is obiviously stubborn cause Coop and Ozzie tell him use the fastball use the fastball and he seems to always find his way back to a forkball that he is hoping the hitter will go through it. I give him his props on his good outings though, its hit or miss with this guy. Just give us a solid 5-6 innings and you can earn your 8 mil. sheesh My suggestion to these guys is take a look at Garland.

The bright spots of the game were Shingo seemed to find the plate more and looked relaxed and confiedent, Vizcaino was ok, and Cotts did his job. I think Marte will be headed to the DL. Maybe we could see Baj up here soon. I dont know whats up with Hernandez...guess it was the pitch count and the fact that he allowed like 3runs on 7 hits. Here's something to think about... If Shingo was Shingo of last year and a reliable closer then we wouldnt have a problem right NOW except for Marte's injury BUT now we gotta seek MORE help in the bullpen and after these two outings, Im afraid we'll need to get some help in the rotation as well. All was good the beginning of the season with these two guys(Hernandez and Count) but now its starting to get frustrating.

i thought our starters were set but i was mistaken. We need to trade for a starter. The two cubans are the flaw in the rotation. I thought we'd rely on the pitching and not have a sluggfest with othere teams. Hernandez and Count are so frustrating! :banghead

why is rowand playing so shallow if there is two outs. He wouldnt be able to throw out the guy at home. Now he makes it easy for the ball to go past him and let pieces of sh** like Clayton get a triple. ugh We better not lose this game cause lose a series to the diamondbacks, they're not horrible but they're certainly not great. Regardless if Frank can play, we dont know how serious the injury is and if he is hiding the pain just because he wants to play. This is the reason we cant trade Carl, injuries keep on popping up for Frank.
