Buehrle/Danks/Floyd/Peavy/Humber/Sale or Santiago, or leave Sale and Santiago in the pen for the rest of the year. Not too shabby.

I wouldn't be surprised if Milledge was called up before Viciedo. Would not be surprised at all.
