QUOTE (shipps @ Jan 15, 2009 -> 02:42 PM) WOW. Two Solid Snake references that quickly. Off topic, yet not off topic. My buddy Juan is such a Metal Gear freak we always jump at the chance of making a Solid Snake joke with him. He gets soooooo pissed its hilarious. We joke he secretly wants to be Snake in a certain situations, mind you Juan is a 400 pound 6 foot 6 Mexican. I guess you would have to know him for it to be funny. Does he happen to carry around a cardboard box and try to hide in it occasionally?

QUOTE (onedude @ Jan 15, 2009 -> 02:41 PM) I'm currently replaying Metal Gear Solid for PS1...you can really tell the difference from a younger snake to an older one. Voice-wise?

QUOTE (witesoxfan @ Jan 15, 2009 -> 02:36 PM) Haven't seen the movie, but would it be funny if Clint Eastwood's character in Gran Torino talked to Christian Bale as Batman? It would be super deep, scratchy voices going back and forth like no other. While they're playing Metal Gear Solid 4.

QUOTE (lostfan @ Jan 15, 2009 -> 01:28 PM) Ours are tiny. 3 stalls (sometimes all 3 occupied in which I'll just wait) and 2 urinals that are only like a foot apart, with no divider. It feels funny peeing and your elbow is damn near touching the other guy. Do you work at a kindergarten class?

QUOTE (Thunderbolt @ Jan 15, 2009 -> 12:44 PM) Agreed, although Danny Mcbride (the unkillable drug dealer) has some great comedic timing. I loved McBride in that role.

Watched "The Business of Being Born" with my wife last night. Pretty eye-opening documentary on child birth. Definitely recommend to anyone planning on having a child.

QUOTE (mr_genius @ Jan 14, 2009 -> 04:12 PM) Actually there was a ton of outrage for Bush doing it. For evidence it's probably not a good idea to refer to articles that begin with "The D.C. press corps failed to ask hard questions about the inauguration's huge cost".

QUOTE (kapkomet @ Jan 14, 2009 -> 03:27 PM) Thanks for making the point. So Cknolls point is that there wasn't enough outrage at the cost of Bush's inauguration?

QUOTE (Cknolls @ Jan 14, 2009 -> 01:00 PM) http://dir.salon.com/story/news/feature/20...on_inauguration I'm sure we'll here the same outrage about Obama's innaugural cost which will exceed both of Bush's combined. What outrage? The article you linked has this as a header: The D.C. press corps failed to ask hard questions about the inauguration's huge cost So for you outrage = one article by a Salon.com writer?
