  1. QUOTE (LittleHurt05 @ Apr 5, 2012 -> 08:50 AM) Then Williams continued that theme in reference to Crabtree, the 10th overall pick of the 2009 NFL draft: “We need to decide whether Crabtree wants to be a fake-ass prima donna or he wants to be a tough guy. We need to find that out, and he becomes human when you [expletive] take out that outside ACL.” Have a nice life, Gregg Williams.
  2. Griffin commits a foul on every dunk. I've complained about it all year and them continuing to allow it is a joke. It's really easy to dunk at that size and athleticism when you can also punch the opponent! Two great games last night. The NBA is alive and well. I can't wait for D-Rose to be back and this team to get to full speed!
  3. QUOTE (IlliniKrush @ Apr 4, 2012 -> 06:18 PM) Until he is absolutely 100%, do not let him play in a game. I don't care if he misses the entire playoffs. You cannot risk further problems with his career. I hope they don't f*** this up. This.
  4. QUOTE (KyYlE23 @ Apr 4, 2012 -> 06:08 PM) speaking of absurd, the Bulls tipoff at 8:30 tomorrow night. That is absurd Glad Christ died for my sins so I can get tanked Thursday night and have no work Friday! Thanks, JC!
  5. I'm hoping this year we can all fall in love with Adam Dunn as much as we wanted to last year.
  6. QUOTE (southsider2k5 @ Apr 4, 2012 -> 01:11 PM) Brian Hedger ‏ @BrianHedger Toews: "There's still signs of the concussion lingering and you know, when that's completely gone I'll be comfortable playing." #Blackhawks That is the opposite of good news.
  7. QUOTE (Soxbadger @ Apr 4, 2012 -> 01:28 PM) Steve, I disagree. Davis should be a Center, hes an athletic big man, just like Noah. He can dribble the ball, just like Noah. Davis jump shot may be slightly better than Noah, but in my opinion, its pretty overrated. He probably has a better vertical than Noah too. That being said, he could be a 4 on a team with a top 10 Center, I just cant imagine most teams having a better 5 on defense. Brian, I disagree. Davis should be a Power Forward. And yes, Davis has a much better vertical than Noah. There's zero question about that... none at all.
  8. QUOTE (Balta1701 @ Apr 4, 2012 -> 01:33 PM) Aceves gets named the closer. Shows what I know. It's Bobby Valentine. Rarely do his moves make any sense.

    2012 TV Thread

    Weeds got f***ing terrible.
  10. QUOTE (Soxbadger @ Apr 4, 2012 -> 11:41 AM) Comparing Davis to Noah is severely underrating him? I think they're completely different types of players. One can jump out of the building, while the other is an athletic big man. Davis seems like Tyrus with a work ethic. That could wind up being a pretty interesting player. Joakim is a legitimate 5 in the NBA, while Davis will probably find a home at the 4.
  11. It's clearly Paul Konerko. Hell, he's in a national commercial right now. The guy's been our best hitter for over a decade.
  12. Adam Dunn's assumed resurrection would sure be fun.
  13. QUOTE (LittleHurt05 @ Apr 3, 2012 -> 01:42 PM) I know the WS champion always plays the only game on opening night, but it's usually at home and part of a whole series. Yeah... this 1 game series makes no sense, and it's ALWAYS at home for the Champs. Jeez, you'd think the Marlins actually mattered prior to this year for them to get all this special treatment.
  14. QUOTE (Balta1701 @ Apr 4, 2012 -> 08:01 AM) Forman is just teasing me so I'll actually tune in on Thursday night. For shame. Tune in regardless.
  15. QUOTE (NorthSideSox72 @ Apr 3, 2012 -> 03:00 PM) Looks like DFW getting the hammer now, Arlington area specifically, also eastern suburbs of DFW area. I bet the Ballpark in Arlington takes on just enough damage to make Opening Day not happen.
  16. QUOTE (southsider2k5 @ Apr 3, 2012 -> 12:34 PM) Adam Jahns ‏ @adamjahns Joel Quenneville said he's considered trying Kane or Hossa on the left wing once Toews returns to have all 3 on a line. #Blackhawks #facerape
  17. QUOTE (KyYlE23 @ Apr 3, 2012 -> 11:08 AM) Kaplan is unbearable to me. I usually can only stand him for so long when he hosts CTL, i prefer Boyle and Schanowski much much more. If I am gonna be told by you to stop listening to the media, then you need to stop posting that the media is telling you that Rose is done for the rest of the regular season. I didn't say that had anything to do with the media. The media has said absolutely every possible scenario for Rose. I initially posted in here the first game Rose missed that the injury might be way worse than they were making it out to be since he was sitting on a big ass pad on his chair on the bench and he said it was the "worst day of his life".
  18. I'm so pissed, I was staying literally a block from the new NFL store 2 days ago. I would have seen a lot of stars had we been there a couple more days.
  19. QUOTE (KyYlE23 @ Apr 3, 2012 -> 10:10 AM) The media should stop telling us that CJ is a starter on many other teams The media should stop a lot of things. You should mostly stop listening to the media. Hell, last night orange-skin Dave Kaplan ranted about the many reasons Kansas would win against Kentucky!
  20. QUOTE (Balta1701 @ Apr 3, 2012 -> 09:05 AM) And with Boston on Thursday, they're staring at a ready-made 3 game skid. I guarantee the Bulls win that one.
  21. QUOTE (thxfrthmmrs @ Apr 2, 2012 -> 08:00 PM) http://tbt.blogs.nba.com/2012/04/02/rocket...bulls-8-p-m-et/ Rose could return Sunday vs the Knicks Please, God, let it happen.
  22. QUOTE (IlliniKrush @ Apr 2, 2012 -> 04:19 PM) You mean Game 5, and going down 3-2 heading to Nashville. Nonethless, don't want to face them, their KHL ringer and their train whistle fans. It's amazing how the memory can f*** with you. I knew it was in Chicago, and I questioned typing Game 4, but went for it anyway.
  23. QUOTE (RockRaines @ Apr 2, 2012 -> 04:25 PM) Cabs there are somehow cheaper, still have yet to figure that out. They are way cheaper.
  24. QUOTE (Y2HH @ Apr 2, 2012 -> 04:38 PM) Because us five force you to read what we write with threats of great and irreversible "Internet" harm. Or, perhaps, PERHAPS, I clicked on the thread to see if there was something new since I was sick last week and offline most of the weekend while exploring New York. However, the arguments were just all the same s*** re-typed over and over and over and over.
