Wow...some people just don't get it, do they?

I still say Uribe's season has turned into a pumpkin. I don't buy Hawks whole "don't tell me what you hit, tell me when you hit it." I'm not going to excuse Uribe cuz he's had 2 good at bats in the past week that have won us games.

That's a great point. I hate the braking to a halt thing when the person in front of you must make the right hand turn from almost a complete stop, it's ridiculous. You know what else pisses me off? When you are waiting for the green arrow, and are a bit back in line. It comes on, and the douchebag first guy, and possibly cars after him, are slow as hell off the line, and you get caught waiting for the next damn arrow. Your job as first car, if not others, is to get the hell off that line so everyone can make it through the cycle.

That's fine. I guess just overall i hate when people start whining about the umps - only because i think it happens too often. Bad calls/missed calls are part of baseball...and just because pitches are 'close' doesn't make them strikes.

If you refer to my previous posts, i mentioned the problem of the 'big inning.' I realize 3 isn't huge, but he could have had an even better start. Plus, i'm talking about an overall problem with Jon, not just one game. I guess i needed to spell that out.

No, you're missing the point. Sometimes stuff like that happens, it's called adversity. Even if he was screwed a bit, it's no reason to pout and let it get in your head. BTW, the entire baseball over the plate being called a ball? That's pure crap, i'd like to see what camera angles you had last night...did you have ump cam? Talk about extreme exaggeration. BTW, complaining to an ump doesn't do anything positive, trust me on this one.

You can pretty much customize the game any way you want to. For example, if you have NHL you can make super low puck friction and gravity, and the puck flies all over the rink really ridiculous style. I think you make the sliders whatever you think is best, but i've usually left the game as is.

The Score cut to the conference a touch late, but he litererally said that. They are through 1/2 half of the results of the tests. No damage to ulnar nerve or ligmament anything like that.

I'm mainly referring to last year (where i believe this stems from) with Dusty's decisions. Not necessarily this year...i agree with you on those points for sure.

His agent basically controlled the kid from a young age. He told Danton that he didn't need his parents, that his parents didn't do s*** for him, etc. and to just trust him and do what he says. Now, if you think about how deep that is, that's scary. This non-family guy just trying to play the role of his parents. But one of the stories i remember is that at one of his games in like pee wee level (that's roughly 12 year olds), a kid on his team apparently played like crap. The agent was in the stands and after the game he and Danton talked, and agent's like "you gotta straighten that kid out...you go down there and tell him to get his ass in gear...i want you go punch him in the face". And Danton was basically believing him, all the while his parents were like don't do it, stuff like that. He was in his head, you could argue he was his head. Think about your life right now if someone was all over you every day of the week at a young age telling you waht's good, what's bad, what to do, etc. Forcing you away from your parents. I'm not saying killing him is the answer...but at some point...seriously what do you do?

You can call me an idiot, but he should get a lighter sentence than what usually accompanies this. His agent ruined the guy's life. I've read more stuff about this than almost anyone here. They have to look past some of this crap and realize what happened. Just my opinion.
