Sweet, i will probably watch hockey this year. For some reason i didn't last year. -
QUOTE(fathom @ Jul 21, 2005 -> 10:35 PM) Frank is likely going to the DL. Gload is getting called-up. GOOD. As much as i love frank this might be a blessing in disguise. We can get everett a chance to hit and he delivered tonight with the 2 run homer, but did strike out to end the game. Frank prolly would have done that too. Finally gload gets called up and him and gload can platoon at DH. And 4 all the people who want to blame this game on crede because of the error on a ball he should have had. Just remember Viscaino didn't have to throw a BP fastball down the middle next pitch. f***ing s*** i hate luis viscaino. :fyou

This one is great. Cubs release Prior and Wood’s disabled list schedules for the remainder of the season The Chicago Cubs released the schedule today for when ace starters Mark Prior and Kerry Wood will be on the disabled list for the remainder of the season. Prior, who is currently on the DL with a sore elbow, will return to action for his first start on April 12, upon which Kerry Wood will go down with a shoulder injury through the end of the month. After returning in early May, Wood will re-injure his shoulder while throwing a wild pitch that strikes Prior in the dugout, and both will be placed on the 60-day disabled list. Prior and Wood will return to action in mid-July, however, a period the Cubs are heavily promoting as: “Ohmigod! They’re Both Healthy Days at Wrigley Field.” After three weeks, however, Prior will head back to the designated list for good with an Achilles injury, and Wood will be shelved for the season in late August with more elbow problems. “We thought it was easier to go ahead and announce all of their injuries now before the season really gets going so we could prepare to work around it,” said Cubs general manager Jim Hendry. “We’re very excited to know that we'll have both of them give us almost 10 starts each this year.”

well the nationals can say bye bye to that division, its about time the braves get to run away with it again. I think this might be a braves team that makes it past the first round, they look very good. -
im getting crushed by those storms here in the northwest burbs so im guessing we should have a delay. Lots of rain.

lol thats great.

i still think that if a starter goes down we deserve to give neal cotts a chance to start, but then again we don't want to hurt his confidence.
