Ok I know that you can purchase just patio tix if you already have tix for the game. but I have a couple of friends that want to go but cant make the patio party. Is there a way to get tix without the patio party??? And if so how much??

well whereas nobody else might care......I do care. I think it would be a big deal if the Sox could lead the league "wire to wire". Does it mean anything? No especially if they dont win it all. But if they do happen to win it all it would be a nice exclamation point in my eyes.

Although I think it would be great to beat these good teams to shut the critics up, I dont find it necessary to prove anything to anybody until October!!!

Ok take this as you may, but, this so called easy schedule is filled with teams that arent going to make the playoffs. Which means that they have nothing to lose. A lot of times you will hear people talk as if these games are actually tougher to play because of that reason. These team's seasons are basically over so their main motivation comes from beating contenting teams, so they take on the "spoiler" role. They have no pressure on them because they are expected to lose. Whereas the Sox or the Red Sox or what have you have the pressure to not blow it down the stretch, which can make it tougher to win games. I don't know, Im not going to get worried until our lead dwindles to like 5 games or so.

My fave happened a couple years ago when the Sox were playing the Flubs at Wrigley and some Sox fan smuggled in some WeedBGon and dumped it down the ivy. That s*** was funny there was just this patch of ivy missing from the wall for weeks
