QUOTE(mmmmmbeeer @ Apr 10, 2006 -> 07:09 PM) With extra innings we get to here a lot of out-of-town guys and DET is way up on the list of my favorites to listen to. I don't remember their names either but the color guy knows the Sox better than any tv announcer in the league outside of Hawk and DJ. The color guy for TEX is kickass as well. Do you know , what there names are? Still havn't read or heard anything ... watching the replay, going to the bottom of the 5th.

They do seem to respect the Sox allot. Good tandem.
-
Upper deck in left field still closed, believe that construction is not fully complete from watching the game earlier.
-
Watching the replay now from the Detriot feed, and its pretty funny on how the announcers talk about Thome Power and how one of them wish nobody was on base. 10 seconds later , the ball flies 19 rows into the stands, and one of the annoucers says, as the ball is flying out " well, Yikes" the other corresponds with, " He's strong, he's country strong" was pretty funny, good pair of announcers.. yet to catch there names.

Nicely done Sox, let's keep it going.

QUOTE(Felix @ Apr 9, 2006 -> 07:55 PM) He has become a horrible bunter. One reason Aaron was expendable, seems like Ozuna is our best bunter.

Kyle Orton drunk off his ass pictures again

QUOTE(whitesoxfan101 @ Mar 31, 2006 -> 01:34 PM) This is only going to get worse next season with him having no shot at ever seeing the field. Griese is not that good anymore, you might see him sooner than later. -
QUOTE(pale_hose @ Apr 9, 2006 -> 08:07 PM) Well, I was very very pleases with how the Sox played today, so I would like to tell you my predictions for the upcoming series against the Tigers. Sweep...Maybe I'm just too excited with how we pitched and played today, but Im feeling a sweep...Plus, even though the Tigers are like 5-1 or something, I think they are still a bad team...Its the Tigers for God's sake...we just need some players to stop slumping...pods for example...but once he gets going, we'll be back on track...does anyone else have predictions? Apparently , you have not seen what this Tiger team has? I have watched 4 of there 6 games and they have been hitting well ( They have some good contact hitters) and there pitching has been very good to say the least. The sox will need to play good Defense , pitch well and the Bats need to wake up ( Pods, Konerko, Uribe) . This series will be fun to break down.

Tigers lose.

QUOTE(KWs OK for Me @ Apr 9, 2006 -> 06:42 PM) Interesting Stat Line Right Here: Chicago White Sox HR Total: 3 Jim Thome HR Total: 3 BBTN actually giving you an interesting stat. Im surprised that he's the only one who has taken a ball deep through 6 games. I'm not concerned about this, god knows that the Sox will hit for power with Thome, Konerko, Dye, AJ, and Crede. AJ wont hit many Homers, he more affective shooting the gaps.

QUOTE(ShoeLessRob @ Apr 9, 2006 -> 03:55 PM) Brilliant.

Good point Kalapse, he seems to be hitting allot of fly balls as well, with the exception of today's game. He really needs to get his act together and give the 2-5 hole guys , some kind of chance to produce big innings.

QUOTE(Kalapse @ Apr 9, 2006 -> 04:08 PM) horray only 3 games back Hopefully, you will need to edit you rbi meter to like 150.
