We have already lost 2 of 3 in the series since CC is pitching tomorrow. -

Let me be the first to say that I can certainly see the difference in having Uribe back in the line up tonight. His defense is certainly a difference maker. -

QUOTE(Balta1701 @ Jun 9, 2006 -> 06:25 PM) We're at home, so if we get to the 8th inning with a lead, Jenks comes in if it's close, and the ballgame ends, thus we don't come to plate in the 9th. We'd have to pile up like 6-7 runs or leave another 15 men on base for that to happen. Otherwise, if it hits the 8th inning and we're down a run or two, Mack will pinch hit in the hopes of getting a hit. So it'll basically take Cliff Lee being destroyed for Anderson to get >3 at bats. I certainly hope he gets like 6 AB's, but the way some of our guys have been hitting lately.... Perhaps if we strikes out three times on 9 pitches, we can count it as 0-4. -

QUOTE(Balta1701 @ Jun 9, 2006 -> 06:13 PM) He's going to get 4 at bats? Unless you suspect Mackowiak is a nice defensive replacement. -

Safe Bet: Brian Anderson goes 0-4 tonight. -
QUOTE(Gregory Pratt @ Jun 7, 2006 -> 07:57 PM) Hey Greg, I'd recommend that you remove Billy Koch from that list. He didn't light the world on fire with us like he had in Oakland, but he was likely suffering from that Mystery Muscle Disorder that's ravaged him, and, in my view, he at least had some reason to have fallen to pieces unlike others who just didn't have much talent. I will consider it. He still sort of acted like a little b**** as he was falling apart saying he deserved to be the closer.
