Especially when change up after change up rides high for McCarthy... and I dunno how he gets away with it as much as he does considering his fastball is not up to par as it was last year. Frankly what my comment was and why I agreed with Flash tizzle is we lack Electric stuff in our minor system..... what happened to the Jason Bere's, Alvarez's, Fernandez? Seems we go for the low ceiling types that are prone to be hammered when their control is off and cant locate their high 80's fastball.

I am starting to agree with Flash Tizzle that the Sox need to develop, draft, acquire some young quality arms. I look/glance around the league and a good number of teams have very good young pitching and they have quality arms with pretty electric stuff. Not the soft tosser safe picks with no talent to hang with the top teams that we constantly end up with.

It not so bad that Pods plays close to Peoria in the outfield it's more of the fact that his defense smells like Peoria

Why cant Ozzie just play his best defensive players in a big series and screw the matchups for once. This was a BIG series and he's too busy playing cute. Uribe at 3b, BA in center and AJ behind the plate.... THATS IT

I'm not so mad at Garcia. I am mad that Pods cannot even ground a ball in the outfield and Mack is the worst CF of all time. Why does Ozzie insist on playing the stupid L/R matchups is beyond me.

Javier has great stuff maybe Coop can play Dr. Joyce Brothers and talk him being better.... AJ should wallop him when he curls But he throws some great stuff

I am sorry, tigerfan cheerleaded and gloated the whole series we played his tigers to me that should not be tolerated. I dont go to other boards and cheerlead for my team in defiance. I come here to see sox talk not a tiger fan rooting for his team and talking us down. But I am done with it if you admins are okay with him here I just wished you gave me the option to ignore him as a member because I dont wish to read what he posts.

I live in charlotte and do not get the post game show but can anyone tell me what Ozzie said in the post game or the other players about what happened? Thanks

^^^ great well thought out post and I agree... plus I dont think Ba gets enough solid chances. Leave him in for a month straight with maybe 4 days off inside there until all star break and then lets decide on him.
