Why? "Because I don't want them to duct tape my mouth again," 5-year-old Kyle Gerber explained. Kyle told his parents, and later investigators, that his school bus driver placed a piece of duct tape over his mouth during the ride home from Dunedin Elementary School on Monday. "We were just beside ourselves last night finding out about this. That someone in an authority position on a bus, a driver or whatnot, would do that to a young child," observed Kyle's father, Steve. Kyle is the youngest of the Gerbers' three sons, and admittedly the most precocious. But his parents could not believe that a bus driver and a bus monitor would take such steps. "He's a well-behaved child. Yes, he talks and he likes to find out about things and be involved with things and people. But other than that, he's just a normal 5-year-old starting kindergarten," Steve Gerber continued. Kyle's parents say they want some answers. "I would think if he was to that point [of being obnoxious], because I have been open with the bus driver and the monitor, then they would have said something to me," added Kyle's mother, Kathy. The Pinellas County School District is taking the allegations very seriously. Both the driver and the bus monitor have been taken off-duty for the remainder of the year. They won't be allowed back on their route, or any route, until the completion of a criminal investigation by the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office. "It does seem wildly out of character, not only for the conduct of our staff, but that our staff would actually physically intentionally harm a child that they're under the care of," offered schools spokesman Sterling Ivey. School officials told Action News that the video surveillance system on the bus was not working at the time of the alleged incident. The district also declined to identify the driver and the monitor, citing the active investigation.

MO, those who feel he is stale haven't listened in the past year. As well I think it's underestimated as to how many will follow him. Upwards of 70% of his audience is upper class professionals. As for Infinity sitting him.. they are his biggest cash cow. Just for suspending him from those 6 markets last year they lost, by their account, nearly $200 million $'s. His ad supporters are extremely faithful. That speaks louder then his fan base, IMO.

Portable like the XM one...? If so.. it still aint on the Sirus site as of 30 seconds ago... You should turn your Sirus now.. they've been broadcasting several different shows on it for weeks. Hysterical.

I agree on the body type. If they stay true, it shouldn't be her. So let's run down the list.. Sean - no Christian - no Julia - no Kimber - obviously not Quentin - from the previews, no Kit - no (mo, I know a lot of folks who think it's her) Matt - could be Ava - another definite possibility, but IIRC there was a scene during one of the attacks where they were showing other scenes and one of them was Matt and Ava having sex... Gina - maybe.. but I doubt it Liz - could be Bobolit - he's a strong choice for me One other twist.. I've heard a lot about Quentin actually being some sort of law enforcement.. that he's in on trying to catch the carver (FBI, former military - remember when he hit that war vet and brought him to his knees so easily..?)

Yikes.. Just thought of something.. The Carver always paralyses his victims first before attacking them. Remember that surgery where the fake victim went in for surgery and was supposed to be under anesthesia but was actually wide awake during surgery.... ? Liz..?

Caught up on the last 2 weeks last night.. Looks like the Carver is not Quentin. Glad that spoiler site was right about Julia's baby. I'm happy for her and Sean. And I'm sooo glad Matt finally woke up and saw that lunatic for what she was. So I'm back to not knowing who the Carver is. Next week is going to be sick rom the previews.

Ohh.. I have a list a mile long. I was LMAO this morning at Jackie. One of my recent fav's is a clip of a news woman crushing grapes.. she goes to step out of the barrell.. and she falls and makes these crazy hysterical noises.. "ow, ugh, oo, ooooo, ahh, oww, ugghh, eek... ect, etc.." For a good 2 minutes. She was ok.. my car was nearly in a ditch on 55 from laughing so hard..
