QUOTE(southsider2k5 @ May 19, 2005 -> 08:53 AM) There are also nice trips out my way and past that, up into Michigan, where you can do the Dunes. Plenty of nice bed and breakfasts, good golf, nice scenary, and plenty of places to bury those pesky bodies... I think we're gonna try something more south.. want to try to give us the best possible chance at good weather.

QUOTE(southsider2k5 @ May 19, 2005 -> 08:51 AM) AND THINK OF THE ADMINS, FOR GODS SAKES, WHAT WOULD WE DO???? Pretty much the same as what you do now.. :sleep

QUOTE(southsider2k5 @ May 19, 2005 -> 08:50 AM) If you want a cool nature vacation, go to Kentucky and go caving. It is way cooler, IMHO. Not wanting to go quite that far..

QUOTE(Queen Prawn @ May 19, 2005 -> 08:49 AM) Lake Geneva in Wisconsin is a beautiful place to go if you want to go to relax rather than water rides and go karts. Yea.. he just said.. "Let's goto the Grand instead and play some golf... "

I've never been.. and we're thinking about going next weekend.. For those that have been.. is everything pretty centrally located? Anything specific we should do if we go..? Lodging recommendations? How long does it take to get there anyway..?

QUOTE(mreye @ May 19, 2005 -> 08:19 AM) Yes, can someone change the spelling to be correct? Maybe "GD Mother" can be added as well...?

QUOTE(SoxFan101 @ May 19, 2005 -> 12:44 AM) This research is just plain dumb... im sorry but the color of your uniform doesnt make the team any better. I don't think that's the claim.. I think it's the reaction to the color of the uniform.

QUOTE(FlaSoxxJim @ May 19, 2005 -> 02:29 AM) Ach, as soon as Kap gets that spellchecker built into the site we'll be living large and spelling error free. Maybe next he can work on that troll and idiot checker..

No offense to Mark.. but not a chance. Frank and Fisk are waaaaay above him, and a few others are in between at this point.

QUOTE(southsider2k5 @ May 18, 2005 -> 02:57 PM) MB with another quick inning, Sox lead 5-0 going to the stretch. Now the question becomes with MB around 100 pitches, do you send him out for the 8th or do you get guys like Cotts, Walker, and/or Shingo some work? Leave him in for another.. Edit: LMAO.. a bit late with my reply there. -

QUOTE(elrockinMT @ May 18, 2005 -> 02:45 PM) Steff, Are you thinking what I am thinking? That Konerko and Dye might have been born again in this game? I'm not making any comments that include religious references... :rolly -

QUOTE(qwerty @ May 18, 2005 -> 02:45 PM) Home runs are fine and dandy but how about some hits with men on? Under .200 ( with men in scoring position too) is not acceptable for anyone no matter how far or how many home runs they hit. I am just not gonna get excited over a home run when he is hitting as poorly as he is. String some damn hits together. Agree. -

QUOTE(longshot7 @ May 18, 2005 -> 02:29 PM) It looks like it - unless Scoiscia decides to give Bart one more game off, considering he pitched today on 3 days rest. Angels matchups Mon - Garland v Colon Tues - Buehrle v Angels 5th starter Wed - Garcia v Washburn Thurs - Contreras v Lackey Playnig on the road is tough, esp on the West Coast, but we have a great chance to win 3 if not all 4, considering how bad the Angels the playing right now. I'll be at the first 3 games. Ozzie should start Jon on Sunday..
