I have that also.. how do I make it play there. It's going to winamp on it's own..

It downloads, but shows no video. The Winamp comes up, but the screen is black..

Have you considered hooking up with a head hunter? There are several that don't charge fees to you, and they will do all the leg work in getting you in the door. A ton of downtown companies only hire this way. The only problem is that you usually start out on a temp to perm basis. Ya gotta mind your P's & Q's until they take you on full time.

I think equality is the most important. If you think of each other as equals then communication comes easily. Once one partner thinks their the "pants wearer" things break down, IMO. Honesty and respect are very a very close second and third.
