And what is 35 posts all saying the same thing going to accomplish...? I had a comment to make.. I did. She takes the advice or she doesn't. End of story.

Ooohhh...I wonder if you would have the same feeling if your husband were on his way home from picking up the kids at school, and a drunk driver swerved into their lane and killed all 3 of them? That can happen ANYTIME someone gets behind the wheel drunk, and when someone we know does it, it's up to us to make them find the error in their ways so it doesn't happen again, because who knows, it could be one of us (or someone in our family) that she's killing next time when's she's not so "lucky". My life HAS beed effected by a drunk driver. Has YOURS? Do you know the feeling of getting the call? Please save the sermon. Personally.. I don't think me, or you, or anyone here has the right to give Heather a lesson on morals. Did anyone get hurt? No. So say your peace and move on. Unless, of course, you have nothing better to do but beat the hell out of this horse, too...

She is actually the aupair (sp?) of one of the guys from the AOL boards - Joepoe who is the tall guy in the black shirt behind kochthis. The taller one behind her is his other. The guy in the 11 jersey.. I can not remember his name, but he's from WSI. Hangar18 is the guy right behind me.

The damn sun was in my eyes and of course every pair of sunglasses I own were in the car in Wisconsin. I was running late so I didn't have time to buy some.. so I suffered. Had a horrific headache from it too.

  20. Oh Koch.. that was classic! When she first walked up she was holding her hand to her face trying not to look.. LOL.. then when I told her it was in fact a bathing suit.. she said "Oh good.. my mom would have killed me if I was lookin at a bra!". Oh lord.. I nearly peed my pants! Bless their little hearts.

Just wanted to say thanks to everyone who came out yesterday.. What a great time. With 47 people (just in our group not including the folks from the other board that came by) that was by far the largest gathering yet. Dave went on and on about what a good time he had (even mentioning us by name on the post game show last night) and laughed again about being called someone's "hero".. Too bad we couldn't bring home a winner.. and that Sally lost (did someone trip me..???) but the food was gone, the beer tub nearly empty and everyone had smiles at the end of the night. So I hope everyone got home safely.. and let the countdown begin till next years fest!!

Oh good.. you found your way home...
  24. Yep.
  25. For the record.. this was not planned as a Sox Net event.. it's been planned with folks from the AOL boards since April when the 30+ block of tickets was bought. Second.. there IS a post specifically referring to "beating the SoxNet gang" so please don't bother to backpedal on what was said. The parking lot is a big place. I'm sure there is a nice spot or two that Joey will let you use.
