it is the search terms used - notice the word "sex" is not in the statute - as I say, theses types of scattered statutues are tough to find. For that one I was on michiganlegislature.org and they had a cite look up and someone from another office had supplied the cite so I just verified it. one route to find it yurself - time consuming - is to check the reporting requirements for each state's sexual offender registry - but that probably would not reveal all of any state's statutes on sexual conduct, just theones they deemed reportable. The debate that led to this particular cite being raised was in a plea from a CSC3rd to seduction and would that avoid the SOL (sexual offenders list = s*** out of luck). In this case it did not. If it matters, or makes a difference.. I used several different words other then "sex". No matter now. Interesting reading.

I suppose they could have. But that's the way it's written. And it was written (that the right word?) with the help of employee reps who took the ideas back to their departments and stuff like this was voted into the book. I was no part of the process.. but since I am not effected by 95% of the book I don't care.

Gotta love loop holes. BTW HR departments hate stuff like this. No way to win for them. Then they should just keep their mouths shut! There are ways to address the 200lb ladies wearing stretch pants.. they are just spineless and refuse to do it. Morons. And almost all of those ways winds up in court. If they stop the 200 pounder in a size 8 they have to stop the true size 4. Shame really that people don't have common sense and understand proper business dress. Actually.. it's in the employee handbook that clothing which makes "panty lines" visible is NOT allowed. They read it. They agreed to it. They signed it. I don't see where there's any argument. But what the hell.. When I got home last night.. waiting for me in the mailbox.. was the nicest gift. A t'shirt. A "Cork" t-shirt. (Cubs logo with the Cubs replaced with the word Cork). I have no idea who sent it to me.. but I have a few ideas. It's swwweeeettt.

Jim's neice has 2 cats.. Ozzie and Robin. LOL I named my cats from TV. When I got both of them the show that was on when I got home was Melrose Place. Their names are Sidney and Sam.

I have a PVR (like a TIVO) so I record a lot of shows I miss during the week (CSI, 6 Feet Under, Soprano's, Sex in the City, games, etc..) and if I want to save them I record them to DVD. But I don't have some huge collection. I do have the Soprano's DVD's from before I got the PVR though. And I'll likely buy the rest, too. The boxes are cool.

I got some further input into what capri's are, or aren't. Capri's are longer then the knee, but not longer then mid calf. The pants that I have, which are approx 2 inches above the ankle are called "crop pants". Which means... :fyou HR Department and I am wearing them!!
