Ya he said July when I spoke to him 2 months ago....And Playa he wasnt bad like Juvy bad, I guess he just did something bad or annoyed too much people. But I cant remember what he did at this time.

Whatever, if they want to be anonymous then so be it, there not hiding from the mods though or maybe it's the admins well both or one of them have the powers.

I know many NYC cops and Nassau County cops, and they all have quota's, and they all try to give out all their tickets out early each month so they don't have to worry about it later on. And I'm pretty sure they dont have speeding tickets quota's its ticket's in general.
