I finally remembered what I was missing from the formula. Dollars generated by money from loans on saved money. All of the money that goes into savings can be loaned out by banks. The government only requires a bank to have about 20% of their savings in actual cash on hand. The other 80% can be loaned out, which also goes to monetary creation and spending.

Hey thanks for all of the well wishes. Everything went really well and was a lot less tramatic than I expected. Sounds like I will be prone to a couple of problems for the rest of my life, but isn't anything serious or debilitating or anything I have to worry about, I just have to watch myself a little closer. You guys all rock! So tonight I plan to return to my own form of liquid diet. Beer and NTN!!!

I get to go in tommorrow and have an IVP and a small exploratory surgery done. Right now I am in the middle of 24 hours of liquid diet (that doesn't include beer ) and am cranky as hell. And it only gets worse from there. I'll spare the gross details, but anyways, hopefully this all goes smoothly.
